Disappointed with Quality
I'm quite disappointed with the quality of the sweets I received from Rustitos Dulces. The gummies were stale and hard, and the chocolate had a strange, almost waxy texture. It seemed like the candies weren't fresh. I also ordered a personalized box of chocolates for a gift, and the inscription was misspelled. It was embarrassing. I tried contacting customer service, but I haven't received a response yet. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I won't be recommending them.

Okay, But Overpriced
Well, Rustitos Dulces has kind of interesting options for candies but feels way too overpriced for what it is. There's nothing unusual about the flavour of the sweets, and these are not more expensive than normal, considering prices. The whole packaging is elegant, but with such a pricing, it surely doesn't warrant it. This is the stuff I've consumed in other similar shops for that amount of cash. Unless prices are adjusted and lowered, not likely to buy from them often.

My experience with Rustitos Dulces has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, some of the candies I ordered were quite tasty, particularly the chocolate truffles. However, the delivery took much longer than promised, and I had to contact customer service to inquire about my order. While they were polite, it still added an extra layer of hassle. Also, I noticed that some of the candies had a shorter expiration date than I would have liked, especially considering the delay. Issues with Delivery and Freshness
My recent order from Rustitos Dulces was plagued with issues. First, the delivery took almost two weeks, even though I paid for expedited shipping. When the package finally arrived, I discovered that some of the candies were melted and stuck together. It was clear that the package had been exposed to heat. Also, the candies that weren't melted tasted stale. It was a complete waste of money. I'm very dissatisfied and won't be ordering from them again.

Not Living Up to the Hype
