Just What I Needed

Poor Buy

Well, I was all for using Party Pete Shop to get all my needs until the actual reality really messed things up. Missing products in the order I put them in were not ordered upon time. Customer service people were quite hard to pin down; they did have a response in about several days but could not complete the order of missing parts on time. Now there was the problem with my order; it did just average as far as products go and for this was a bit too steep.

Missing Items

I ordered a number of products; well, two were missing in the shipping. The customer services had gotten back pretty fast though. Problem is that they just failed to deliver at my convenience in time. It makes for a little frustration knowing fully well that not every other thing comes as expected sometimes.

Slow Shipping, Disappointing Quality

I have ordered several items for a family party, but the experience was not the best. It took longer than expected in shipping, and I received no updates on the delay. When the items came in, a couple were damaged, and I had to fix things myself. Some of the decorations weren't as vibrant as in the pictures on the site. It was a disappointment, especially since I counted on these items to arrive before the party. Customer service was polite but could do little to speed things up or help me much. In fact, they did offer me a small discount. However, I was highly disappointed with the whole process and would not order from here again.

Decent but Not Amazing

The ornaments did the job in creating the right atmosphere for the event. But they still were missing that sort of individual look and charm in the design that I wanted because when you view these close up, some may be sort of plain to me. Okay, good but not so great.
