Plastic feels too cheap
Bought a few of their fence feeders and while the idea is good, the plastic feels very thin and weak. One already cracked near the mounting spot when I was tightening the bolt?not even using that much force. I get that it?s lightweight, but this doesn?t seem like it will hold up through weather changes. For outdoor use, they should?ve used tougher materials. Not very confident it?ll last a season.

Quiet heater, needs better packaging

Heating bowl failed in second week
The heated pet bowl worked fine first week, but by second week it stopped warming. Thought maybe it was just cold weather delay, but turns out the unit just stopped working altogether. I had to switch back to my old metal bowl. Customer service wasn?t rude but slow to respond. I had high hopes based on reviews, but my experience wasn?t great this time.

Okay waterer, slow heat

Instructions are just terrible
I tried assembling the hog waterer and the instructions didn?t make sense at all. Missing diagrams and just vague descriptions. Took me nearly two hours and I still wasn?t confident I did it right. The product is okay after setup, but the whole process made me really frustrated. I feel like they could have at least included a video link or something to help. Just too confusing for new users.

Packaging was really poor
I ordered a galvanized feeder and the item showed up dented and scratched because the box was super flimsy. No padding or protection at all. I managed to bend it back but it still wobbles a bit. It works okay but looks like it was handled rough. I sent a message to support, but no one got back to me until a week later. Not impressed with care taken.

Good idea, average build

Looks nice, but started leaking
This chicken waterer seemed like a solid product at first. Fit well with the coop and was easy to fill, but after about a month it started leaking from the bottom seam. I double-checked everything, but couldn?t stop the drip. Chickens kept knocking it over too, probably cause it got unbalanced. For the price, I expected better build quality. Didn?t bother returning but I won?t be buying again soon.

Not as durable as claimed
I bought the Little Giant waterer thinking it would last, but after just a couple months the handle cracked and started leaking around the base. I didn?t drop it or anything. It?s disappointing cause the design seemed good. Contacted support and got a slow reply. They offered a replacement, but I?m not sure it?ll hold up either. Fixable leak, modest quality

Delayed shipping and missing part
My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, and when it finally came, one of the caps for the feeder was missing. I tried calling and got voicemail twice before anyone answered. The rep was nice eventually, but waiting so long just left a bad impression.
