Limited Functionality and Missed Opportunities

I downloaded Steady searching for flexible, part-time work, but the platform has not proved very useful. Many of the job listings are outdated, and I would have missed opportunities if the notifications from the app had been any sooner. Further, features that I feel the app lacks include saving a job or bookmarking searches toward keeping track of some of my options. Until Steady's functionality improves and it gets rid of the problems with outdated postings and missed opportunity for notifications, I do not think I would continue using the app. It just doesn?t meet my needs.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Job Opportunities Are Few and Far Between

Steady promised a lot of opportunities, but the job listings in my area are scarce. Even with a broad search, I couldn't find many relevant opportunities. The app's location filter doesn?t seem accurate either. Overall, it's not as helpful as I expected.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App Is Too Slow and Clunky

The app's performance is a major drawback. It's slow to load, and sometimes jobs don?t appear even when I refresh. I?ve also encountered several bugs that make it hard to navigate through the listings. Very frustrating to use.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Customer Support Is Unresponsive

I reached out to Steady's customer support multiple times about an issue with my account, but I got no response for days. When I did get an answer, it was unhelpful. It's disappointing that their support system is so unreliable.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Lacks Enough Filters for Job Search

I can't filter my job search enough to narrow down the results to what?s truly relevant for me. The absence of more specific filters, such as pay ranges or industry, makes this app cumbersome to use, and it wastes time scrolling through irrelevant job postings.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Missing Key Features for Job Seekers

Steady is missing some key features that would make it much more effective. You can't save job searches or bookmark positions. That makes it hard to keep track of options, especially when there?s no ability to revisit previously viewed listings.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Too Many Inactive Listings

A lot of the job postings on Steady are either outdated or no longer available. It's incredibly frustrating to apply for jobs only to find out they?re already filled. This app needs to keep its job listings up to date for better reliability.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

No Advanced Search Options

The lack of advanced search options makes it impossible to find jobs that really match my qualifications. I end up scrolling through a bunch of irrelevant job ads, which is time-consuming. Steady could be so much better with a more customizable search function.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Outdated App with Constant Crashes

The app frequently crashes or freezes while browsing job listings. I had high hopes for Steady, but it's become a chore to use due to its instability. It?s disappointing that such a basic feature isn't reliable.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Missing Key Job Types

Steady doesn?t provide enough listings for the type of job I am looking for, especially in my field. Most of the listings I see are part-time or freelance work, and I?m looking for something more stable and full-time.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Poor Experience with Notifications

The app?s notifications are very inconsistent. Sometimes I get them too late, or not at all, which means I miss out on job opportunities. Timely notifications are crucial when job hunting, and this app needs to improve that functionality.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Helpful in Finding Side Gigs

Steady has proven to be helpful with respect to finding side gigs fitting into my schedule. The app is easy to use, and there is a wide array of listings to choose from. Some listings could be more detailed, but overall, it's a good tool for supplemental income.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Good for Extra Income

I utilized the Steady platform to find part-time jobs that help me make more money. The service is easy to use, and the job match is relevant. Sometimes the app is slow, but it's consistent.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Variety of Opportunities

Steady offers a wide range of job listings, which is great for exploring different fields. The income tracking feature helps me monitor my earnings effectively. Some job postings lack detailed descriptions, but it's a minor issue.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

User-Friendly Interface

It is clean and user-friendly with an app design. I like the fact that it has tailored job suggestions for you. More filters could be helpful, but generally, it is a great resource.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Convenient for Job Hunting

Steady makes it easy to find side jobs. The notifications for the new postings are on time. A lot of the listings are outdated, but the majority are current and relevant.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Great for Flexible Work

As someone seeking flexible work hours, Steady has been beneficial. The app provides various options that suit my availability. Occasionally, the app crashes, but it's not frequent.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Helpful Income Tracker

The income tracking feature is a standout, allowing me to keep tabs on my earnings from different gigs. The job suggestions are generally on point. More detailed job descriptions would enhance the experience.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Useful for Part-Time Jobs

I've found several part-time jobs through Steady that fit my skills. The application process is straightforward. Some job postings could be more descriptive, but it's a minor concern.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Good Job Matching

Steady is usually pretty good at matching me with relevant job opportunities. The app itself is pretty easy to use, and the income boosters are a nice addition. Lags sometimes, but it's quite workable.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Nice resource for extra work

Steady has been really good for finding other jobs. The amount of postings is amazing. Some postings are old, though, so it is generally a pretty good app.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Easy to Use

The user interface of the app makes it easy to search and look for jobs. Most useful income tracker. Wish there was more data on the job posting itself.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Awesome for Freelancers

As a freelancer, Steady has given me more scopes in earning additional income. The app is user-friendly and the matches are jobs to do. Some listings need to be detailed, though, it's a minor flaw.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Convenient Job Alerts

I love that Steady provides timely job alerts. The app is straightforward, and good for tracking income. Sometimes, it gets to be a little slow when running, but in general, it's pretty reliable.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Good for Finding Gigs

Steady has really come in handy for finding gigs I have free time for. App is easy to use, and suggestions often apply to my criteria. Some postings need much detail, though.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Income Boosters That Deliver

This feature adds some extra ways to earn money, and the interface is easy to use, with an assortment of job listings. More comprehensive job descriptions would be useful.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Suitable for a Part-Time Job

I have managed to get a few part-time jobs through Steady. They match my skills and availability. The application process is smooth. Some job postings could be a bit more descriptive, but it's not a big issue.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Good for opportunities for remote work

Steady has proven to be helpful in identifying remote working opportunities. I like how one is to easily sift through the postings. Some jobs need more defined descriptions of the requirements, but in general, it is a solid resource for anyone looking for adaptable job opportunities.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Useful Job Finder App

The Steady app is easy to use and has tons of job opportunities. I really like the personalized recommendations based on my profile. At times, some of the listings seem to lack a little detail, but the app itself is super helpful most of the time.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Great App for Freelancers and Gig Workers

Steady has been a consistent go-to for gigs and freelance work. The job recommendations are pretty relevant, and I find it easy to keep tabs on earnings. More filtering options would be nice, though. Still, it's a good tool for anyone looking to supplement their income.

img 4/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Good to Go for Side Jobs

Steady is a great way to find new side hustle opportunities. Platform straightforward; offers a decent array of jobs. There is more that should be said about jobs, but it's a good app for finding extra work.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App Often Lags

It has loads of potential but lags and freezes a good deal of the time. The experience is frustrating at times. Some listings of jobs are old; some job openings don't allow me to apply to them because I receive error messages. Not very happy with the whole experience.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Not Enough Job Information

Most of the job postings don't provide adequate descriptions of the position and requirements to know what's involved. The app is very user-friendly, but it's not revealing enough information to establish if an applicant will be considered for a position.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Disappointing User Experience

There are so many bugs in the app, and it is very frustrating to use. I have had difficulties loading new job listings and will often wait hours for notifications. I expected more seamless experience from such a product intended to assist people into work.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Inconsistent Job Listings

Steady does have a ton of job listings, but many are inconsistent or outdated. Applied to jobs, only to find out they were already filled. That was disappointing. Needs better management of its job listing.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Could Be Better

Steady is promising, but the app has much room for improvement. There are too many bugs, and most of the listings on jobs are obsolete. I was expecting more reliability in getting flexible employment with this platform, but so far, it hasn't been so great.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Limited Job Selection

There was not enough to choose from in my locality. The number of gig options should diversify a bit more. The good news is the helpful notifications. However, that is not enough. More variations in opportunities would make it more efficient.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App crashes too often

I like the concept of Steady, but the app freezes too frequently. This becomes very frustrating when one wants to apply for job opportunities or track earnings. It is not easy for me to positively advise others until the bugs are fixed.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Needs More Features

Steady would be much more useful if it had more filtering and search features. It's really hard to find a job that's appropriate for me because of the limited choices. I would expect more customization in order to help the user find the best match.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Job Matches Are Often Irrelevant

All the jobs sent to me have not been aligned with my skills and experience. It seems as though the algorithm is not considering my preferences very well. This has made it worse for finding proper opportunities on the site.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Bad Customer Services

I reached out to customer support for help with an issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I was expecting better support for an app that aims to help people find work. Customer service needs a serious improvement.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Not Impressed with Steady

I was expecting something fast and easy for job finding, but Steady hasn't proven to impress me. It's pretty slow sometimes, and there are no jobs in most of what's listed. Probably better management, smoother user flow, etc.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Limited Filters for Job Search

The filters for the jobs are too simple, and it's hard to find jobs according to the skills. More advanced filter options would be perfect in defining the search. A bit frustrated, as I do know that the platform is supposed to allow more.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Disappointed due to Limited Opportunities

I found the Steady concept to be nice, but the options in my region were very scarce. The app doesn't seem to be adjusted properly for smaller geographical areas. Hopefully they expand their listings soon.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App is Difficult to Use

The app is not easy to navigate and find relevant jobs. Needs redesigning, as it is not user-friendly. Hope the developers will work on these issues to improve experience.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App Needs Improvement

While Steady has promise, the app tends to freeze and crash much of the time, which is frustrating. Sometimes, even for jobs, some jobs' listings aren't the most updated. It definitely needs a lot of work to use properly.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

More Clear Postings for Jobs

Most adverts are very hazy and offer little information about the position or salary. Is frustrating because it's difficult to make a decision about whether to apply. I would find listings easier if they were clearer on the app.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Could be more user-friendly

The Steady app could be more user-friendly. It's really tough to filter through jobs and a lot of job matches missed the mark. Just with a few tweaks to make those things better, the app could be really great.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Not Worth the Hype

I expected way more from Steady, but the experience has been disappointing. The apps too slow, and most job postings aren't relevant. It doesn't meet my expectations based on what other people have said.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Job Matching Needs Work

The matching algorithm does require improvement. It tended to pitch me jobs that had almost nothing to do with my skills. It's made it really hard to find actual work on this platform.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Really Dissing Experience

I had high hopes for Steady, but it hasn?t delivered. The app is buggy, and many of the listings are either outdated or irrelevant. I?m hoping for improvements in future updates, but right now, it?s not worth using.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Unreliable App

I have encountered numerous problems with the Steady app, particularly with its functionality. It takes a long time to upload and sometimes fails to update job listings. It's a pity because I had high hopes that it would be an app that would ensure dependability in acquiring work.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Needs More Job Variety

The variety of jobs on Steady is low, particularly in specific niches. More options would be great about fields requiring particular skills. The app is easy to use, though the job pool is a bit limited for my convenience.

img 1/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Too Many Outdated Listings

Many of the job listings on Steady are old. I have applied for several positions where the position was no longer available. The platform needs better management and more accurate listings.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Limited Support

Customer support has been slow to respond to my inquiries. I had an issue with my account and had to wait several days for assistance. A quicker and more efficient support team would greatly improve the user experience.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Not the Best for Long-Term Gigs

Fine for small jobs, though too few career choices. I wanted to look for some kind of stable, steady work; here, it mostly adverts part-time or freelance gigs. Suits maybe for people seeking side hustles; not good for those with more serious job-seeking plans.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Filtering options could be improved.

Steady has weak search functionality that makes it impossible to search for specific types of jobs. I waste lots of time scrolling through irrelevant job postings. Better search functionality would make the app significantly better.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Jobs do not populate in notifications.

Job notifications from Steady comes in very slow, which often leaves me before a good opportunity. I have lost interest in several jobs by the time I saw this job notification, which were already taken. This needs to be improved for smooth usage.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

App Needs More Features

The Steady app lacks certain simple functionalities, such as saving jobs to later or bookmarking my searches. It sometimes feels like the app should include more tools to make the process of finding a job easier. I find it a little annoying to use without these features.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Low Quality Job Listings

The quality of job postings on Steady is mixed. Some jobs are posted from questionable sources or fail to state compensation. I thought Steady would have better quality employment opportunities, especially for those seeking short-term employment.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Not for Full-Time Professionals

I think that Steady is rather made for part-time workers or for people on the job hunt. To someone like me who wants a career, the posting of jobs just seems way too narrow. Good app for side hustle, but not ideal for stable long-term offers.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Problems with Job Matching Algorithm

Seems like Steady's job matching algorithm is not up to par. The jobs it recommends to me are often irrelevant to my skill set, and I?ve had to sift through a lot of positions that don?t align with my experience. I?ve tried updating my preferences to better reflect my skills, but the recommendations still don?t make much sense. The platform could be much more useful if the algorithm improved to provide more accurate and relevant job suggestions.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Job Listings Aren't Always Updated

I have several frustrating experiences with Steady since most of the job listings are not up-to-date. The postings sometimes are not available or already filled, which is a waste of my time. It's extra frustrating when you're actively looking for work. I believe the platform has much more to offer, but it really needs to update the listings and keep them current. If you can't trust the app to show you available jobs, it's not easy to rely on it for consistent opportunities.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Slow Response Times and Poor Updates

I am disappointed with Steady because of slow response times and not enough updates. I asked for help regarding a technical problem, but it took days to receive a reply back. When they finally replied, the assistance was unhelpful. The App itself needs more frequent updates to improve the performance. Shame on them, because I really believe the concept of Steady is a great one, but many things need to be changed in the execution and the support.

img 2/5.0 28, Nov 2024

Too Many Glitches and Slow Loading

Been using Steady for a few weeks now, but really disappointed with it. It loads in very slow, and while trying to apply for jobs, I have several glitches. It is frustrating because one keeps reloading the app just so things will work right. Furthermore, the job listings are usually inconsistent. Some are outdated, and others are vague or incomplete. I expected using an app to find work could be easy and smooth, but reliability from Steady is a weak point.
