Ordered a combination of disposable serving trays, cups, and utensils for a series of events. Improved packaging procedures and a quicker response system would prevent incidents like this. It's a shame because the products do have promise, but this type of oversight erodes trust rapidly.

Contacted customer service several times regarding an incorrect item that was included in a recent shipment. Rather than help or take responsibility, we were shuffled between reps and informed it was likely a warehouse error. More than two weeks passed before a replacement was shipped, and we had to contact multiple times just to get that done. The nonchalance or concern was annoying. We use suppliers who are good at getting problems fixed, particularly when there's a time constraint on orders. Their response to emails was delayed, and calling in did not appear to help. It is difficult to know how a firm that operates with bulk and tailor-made products isn't better set up to manage mistakes. No follow-up came after the problem was eventually rectified, which was condescending. Good customer service is important, and sadly we didn't find that here.

Although the end product wasn't terrible, the logistics and lack of communication mitigated any good. In a high-pace business, that kind of unreliability does more harm than a defective product. It's infuriating working with a supplier who doesn't deliver within the timeframe they promise.

We contacted immediately and sent images, but it was a less-than-adequate response. Rather than repair the damage and provide a replacement or refund, they made general apologies without resolution. The inconsistency of product quality is a significant issue when organizing events where reliability is paramount. Some products were acceptable, but the unusable ratio was too great to overlook. It's frustrating when quality control is so inconsistent between orders. Reliability is most important when selecting a supplier, and this time around, SmartPack USA failed to provide that.

The idea of branding and customization was wonderful initially, but implementation was poor.
