Poor Packaging Quality
Ordered three bottles of wine, with one of which arrived broken during shipping. Its packaging was inferior, and in this case the cardboard box could not protect well the bottles so that they have been broken. Got in touch with customer service demanding a replacement: only got partly refunded. At least the others were fine but the inconvenience got the better deal.

Always contacted support immediately, which was polite, but returning the wrong product while waiting to get the right item was an absolutely frustrating process. Long Wait for Response
