Impressive Quality, but Expensive

The steaks were great from Piedmontese-tender and full of flavor. However, much more expensive than the rest, and I had reservations about whether or not that would be worth it. Having tasted the beef, I can say it was; the cost might not justify it for all occasions, though. It's definitely premium, and the quality is second to none, but if you're on a budget, this may not be an everyday option. Shipping was fast, and customer service was good when I had a question about my order.

Great Taste, But Pricey

There's little question that Piedmontese has some of the best beef I have ever had: great texture, flavor, and tenderness. However, the means of delivery were very poor. It took almost a week longer than projected to receive my order, which caused some problems since I had planned a special dinner. The packaging was solid; the meat came cold. I was never really all that worried, but maybe the company can work a little on delivery times-things were just great.

Excellent Product with Minor Setbacks

I find the beef from Piedmontese to be impressive across the board. The ribeyes I ordered were some of the best: tenderness and flavor, paired really well with just the perfect amount of marbling; however, I did receive a problem with packaging where a slight tear in the vacuum seal upon arrival allowed the freezer burn to occur a little. Customer service was helpful, and they offered a replacement, but the hassle of dealing with a packaging issue was a bit frustrating. Still, it?s clear that Piedmontese offers high-quality products, and I?ll likely order again.
