Smooth Operation From Start to Finish
Working with Kwikiweed is like working with a business that really gets convenience. Placing the order to delivery, everything is quick, easy, and dependable. Their site is nice and easy to sort by category and strength, and I always love how descriptive everything is. I had a couple of pre-rolls, a vape cart, and some gummies in my previous order?everything arrived in proper packaging and nothing was broken or missing. I was really impressed with the delivery time frame?they actually showed up 5 minutes early. Communication was top-notch the whole way, and the driver was courteous and efficient. Their prices seem reasonable for what you receive, and the revolving promos enable you to save if you pay attention. I also appreciate that the loyalty credit builds up without having to go through acrobatics. Kwikiweed evidently cares about its reputation and it shows in the seamless function they keep.
Missing Change
I paid with cash and the driver didn't have enough change. He said he'd come back later, and he never did. Not a good look.
Better in the Past
Service quality used to be great, but the last few orders have been slower and less accurate. Not sure if they?re growing too fast or what, but the consistency is slipping. Hope they turn it around because the potential is there.
