Their response time to complaints was a little slow, and they asked the customer for a partial refund. This did not make sense coming from a store that boasts quality. I hope this was a freak incident, but it also has made me a little skeptical about placing the next order. They must make sure that every order is up to the high standards that they have set. It was frustrating, really, as some of their past deals had gone well, but this order did not. I will give them another try someday, but they must get these issues under control.

Not What I Expected
I decided to try out the English Tea Store after hearing good things about it. Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. The teas I ordered were okay, though not out of this world, and one of the items was missing in my package. It took a few annoying emails to get the item sent to me. While the teas are decent, the complete lack of attention to detail and super slow response time were disappointing. I expected a seamless shopping experience. It?s unfortunate because the website is easy to use, and they have a good selection, but the execution fell short. I?ll think twice before ordering again, as there are other stores with similar offerings and better service.

Poor Shipping Experience
My order took longer than expected. I have e-mailed customer service, but the response times were very slow and not helpful. Although the teas themselves were nice, it has been quite frustrating with the delay in shipping and little communication.
