Could Improve in Coverage

Coverage-not as good as I was led to believe. They did not cover one of my repairs, which should have been included in the plan. The customer service was okay, but if I were to pay enough out of pocket for a repair, they should be very clear on what is and isn't covered.

Complicated Contract

This contract was far too confusing with so much fine print you couldn't possibly understand. When trying to make a claim, it was denied for reasons that weren't explained at the time of purchase. I would say I was basically sold out by the sales group, and not the best experience. Be careful.

Claim Denied Without Explanation

I was really looking to give a nice review for Endurance, but my claim was denied without explanation. Apparently, major repairs aren't included. Customer service was slow to comment and ends with me frustrated. Nothing for me to recommend them for.

Complicated Terms

Slow Response Times

Lousy service with the Endurance, it was such a long wait before they reply. When I had to place a claim, it was days already; yet, the repair was covered but the long wait is frustrating. Wish that they just hasten up on the service.

Great Customer Service and Coverage

It's been over a year since I started enjoying the benefits as an Endurance member, and the service has really been impressive. I filed two claims, and both were unproblematic in terms of achieving them. Their customer service team is always very friendly and helpful, and they work directly with my mechanic to cover the repairs. Worth the penny for the peace of mind knowing my car is covered. I also love that they can configure their plans to fit your budget, so I found one to fit me. I highly recommend Endurance.

Not Worth It

After paying an Endurance Warranty, I found out that there is nothing so far that is worth the money paid. When it was my time to aircondition the unit of my car, and they refused because of some legal clause with the agreement I had. I was anticipating better coverage, and to my dismay, it's not that. Customer service isn't quite helpful either.

Reliable Coverage

It was more than one year since I bought my Endurance Warranty. They have always been reliable and covered me well. Actually, this was the first major issue with my AC system, which they took seriously without any delay. It is really a good option for any vehicle protection. Endurance Warranty service was professional and very prompt for my car engine failure. They explained the process of claims to me and kept contact with the repair shop. It definitely saved me a lot of money, and I'm very glad how they handled the situation.

Not as Comprehensive as Promised

I bought Endurance Warranty thinking that I was going to get full coverage, but when I tried to submit a claim they had the gall to tell me the part wasn't covered. The contract is unclear and I don't feel I got what I paid for. Absolutely disappointing service across the board.

Easy to Understand Plan

Not What I Expected

I was really disappointed in my experience with Endurance. There was no warranty that covered what I needed to get repaired and, basically, I paid for the majority of the work myself. They took a very long time to get back to me about anything, and overall, it's been pretty un-satisfactory. I'd like more from coverage.

Prompt Claim Resolution

SMOOTH EXPERIENCE WITH DURABILITY WARRANTY so far. The claim was processed relatively quickly, and not too much paperwork was involved. It definitely took a lot of stress off my shoulders when my engine had problems. Definitely the investment any person looking for reliable car protection would want to make.

Saved me money on major repairs.

Endurance Warranty saved me a huge repair bill! My car had transmission problems. Had it not been for the warranty, I would have spent thousands. Filing a claim was hassle free and all but a few hundred dollars of the total covered. Thank goodness I signed with them. They have given me peace of mind.

Lack of Coverage Clarity

Baited and switched by Endurance Warranty. The electrical system of my car required a file, where it was told that it wasn't covered. Wasn't very clear when I signed up initially with the salesman now having to pay out-of-pocket-not what I expected.

Long Wait for Approval

Not so great on extended warranties, but I do believe Endurance Warranty could have handled their approval far better for something so simple as this repair. It's taken a week to get approved. That didn't even help my mechanic get his vehicle ready to take me into work or anything. Honestly, I think the communication between the warranty companies and the repair shop could be made much better. The hours of hold time did not deserve much for the answer given by the status of a claim, and not much clarity even when I could get through to customer service. A repair finally cleared, but the delay was really bad; this sort of thing surely could have been expected from a company that boasts of itself as one of the best in the industry.

Disappointing Experience

I'm kind of a perfectionist with everything I buy, but what a very sad lesson to learn after purchasing the warranty of Endurance Warranty. I was hoping my major repairs would be covered, so I was pretty much hopeful that they would cover my transmission. They denied it and said that transmission is not covered under the warranty. Fine print is kind of tough to read and know. It took a long time to get a representative, and then I could not get any clear answer in case of any problem. I kept trying many times to make the issue settled; eventually, I had to get the repair paid out of my pocket. The experience is terrible, and their service is very dissatisfying. I would recommend others to read thoroughly what they are writing in their contract before buying to know exactly what is covered and what is not.

Affordable Protection

Excellent Service and Coverage

Since joining Endurance Warranty, I have had fantastic service and coverage. To date, I have placed two claims, and the whole process was very easy and straightforward. The customer service people are always helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and clearly explain the coverage. I like that they allow the customer to choose their repair shop; I have never had any problems with a claim ever getting denied. The sense of security that an individual has knowing they are covered in a medical emergency is priceless. I would recommend Endurance to those who want comprehensive coverage on your vehicle.

Disappointing Experience

I expected more from Endurance Warranty given its reputation; unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. I bought the warranty thinking that I would at least have coverage for really big-ticket stuff. When my transmission failed and I made a claim, they rejected it, citing it's not included. The contract was rather vague in areas, especially the fine print, and I got led astray of what is really included. I had to wait for really long periods of time before someone answered my calls. And they never explained things clearly when I would ask. They said it would cost too much to be fixed, so I tried again and again in an effort to fix the problem. Finally, I paid for the repair out of pocket. This experience has made me mad and dissatisfied with their service. I would advise people reading their contracts beforehand and knowing what's covered or not before purchasing.

Complicated Fine Print

Because of the insurmountable difficulties in reading the fine print of their policy, I have heard that Endurance uses this to refuse paying the claims. Mine never got covered, so I can only be sure that they would have rejected the claim if I had filed one. The whole process infuriated me. To my shock, I wasted my money.

Poor Communication

I communicated poorly with the claims department. Had to call several times to get an update on my claim, and then they denied it without a clear reason. Real disappointed in how they handled the whole thing. Wouldn't recommend with this experience.

Difficult to File a Claim

Got myself in way over my head on the attempt to file a claim with Endurance. Have had to call this phone number numerous times, with a major back and forth until they approved my repair. The customer service was polite, but hard, time-consuming, and frustrating. I had expected it to be easier.

Denied Claim for Major Repair

Bought the warranty for peace of mind, but once my engine became insolvent, Endurance denied the claim. It was denied because of some fine print in the contract that was not clarified during the sale of the protection package. I think it was misleading. Certainly, such an experience hasn't helped my opinion of this company.

Coverage Isn't Clear

I think that contract that I signed with Endurance Warranty is a bit too ambiguous, and you don't actually know what you are covered for. When I filed a claim on my air conditioning system, they would not honor it with some fine print in the contract. To me, really disappointed about the lack of transparency although the customer service was so polite.

Excellent Customer Support

They covered an alternator problem I had with my car, so Endurance Warranty saved me. Their people are very nice and courteous when dealing with the customers by carrying you through the claim process. It was quite easy to get everything sorted, so I feel lucky I chose them for this extended warranty. Am driving my car a lot, so it's a lot of relief to know that it is covered with Endurance Warranty. I had to use the warranty for a couple of repairs already, and everything went very smooth and without hassle. For all those who do a lot of driving, I would recommend their plans.

Not Worth the Hassle

I do not believe the Endurance Warranty is worth the hassle. I have had to file two claims, and both times, it was a long and frustrating process. Their customer service is slow, and I am not sure if I will renew the plan. It is not as good as I expected.

Okay Customer Service, Lacking Coverage

Endurance customer service is fine, but the coverage is ridiculous. I was covered under the repair of my vehicle, but they refused my claim because of some fine print on the contract. It's really frustrating and wish it was more straightforward.

Too Long Wait times for Claims

Endurance has a ridiculously long process in submitting a claim to their claims department. I had to wait almost a week before my claim was approved. Although they did pay for the repair, it is just troublesome how it took this long just for them to consider your claim. They need to speed it up.

Hidden Exclusions

I'd say the exclusions in Endurance's warranty aren't visible when signing for them. I signed up for the warranty, thinking it was going to cover everything, only for them to refuse when I wanted my car repaired. One of the clauses I was unaware of sealed my fate. It seems that a bit more transparency about what is covered and what isn't would be more than reasonable.
