Shipping Issues and Lack of Communication
I've had a couple of problems with Ejuice Connect, mostly shipping. My most recent order took more than a week to arrive with no communication. I attempted to contact customer service several times, but they were slow to respond and not helpful. Although the initial prices were reasonable, the extra charge for expedited shipping (which didn't even help) made it less worth it. Product offerings are fine, but if shipping is always going to be this finicky, I'll just go elsewhere. It's terrible when you're counting on these products and they don't come through in delivery. Better advance notice of delays would be wonderful.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
My interaction with Ejuice Connect's customer support was totally horrible. I got a wrong product with my order, and getting that fixed was like a nightmare. I sent several emails over the course of a few days and only got automated, generic responses. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They would not admit to the mistake and would not provide a reasonable solution. I had to contest the charge with my credit card company. I would highly recommend against using this company based on their terrible customer service alone.

The Ejuice Connect website is buggy and unreliable. I attempted to place an order a number of times, but the site would crash or produce error messages. When I was eventually able to place an order, it was cancelled a few days later with no explanation.
