My last WetVapes order was not a success. Although the initial choice looked good, there were a number of problems. To begin with, one of the most important items in my order was out of stock, but I was not informed until after I had placed the order. This resulted in a considerable delay. When the order did arrive, the packaging was broken, and one of the products was leaking. It was difficult to reach customer service; it required several attempts before a response was received. Although they did eventually provide a partial refund, the experience was frustrating and took too long. I'm not keen on ordering from them again.

Poor Customer Service Experience
I experienced an issue with a defective vape device that I had bought from WetVapes. It was a nightmare to try to get it fixed. Their customer service was unresponsive and useless. They just continued to give me the runaround and refused to accept the fact that the device was covered under warranty. I spent hours on the phone and sent emails back and forth just to be able to receive a simple reply. Finally, they offered to give me a discount on the next purchase but it was nominal given the defective product. My experience with the company has broken all trust completely.
