Unreliable Providers and Poor Customer Service
My experience with GreenPal was terrible. I got several bids, but none of the providers were reliable. One didn?t even show up, and the other was hours late without notifying me. To make matters worse, the customer service was slow to respond and unhelpful. I ended up wasting time and money and will never use this service again.

Not Worth the Hassle
Although the GreenPal app is easy to use, my experience overall was disappointing. I was bid on by providers who were either unresponsive or too expensive. The quality of service I received was poor, with the provider not following through on the details of the lawn maintenance. The work was not finished, and I had to get someone else to complete it. I anticipated higher quality and customer service from such a highly promoted platform.

Disappointing Experience Overall
I had great expectations for GreenPal, but my experience was not good at all. The site was simple to use, but I only got a handful of bids, and the quotes were way higher than what I had anticipated. The service provider I used was not professional and arrived late while doing an inadequate job. I complained about it to customer support, but it took them long to respond. I will not be using this service again and will not recommend it to others.
