Ok Service but High Rates
I had an okay experience with Bankoff. The loan approval took a little longer than I had anticipated, and the fees were higher than what I have seen with other lenders. While the support team was friendly, I wasn't thrilled with the overall value. It's not a terrible option, but there are better deals elsewhere.

After hearing and reading many positive reviews about Bankoff, I decided to give it a try, but it was disappointing. On the positive side, the process for loan approval was very quick. I was surprised to find various fees not discussed in advance that made the loan costlier than expected. Not only this, but I also could not get an explanation from the customer support for clarifying the charges. I should have received more clarity with their process. Considering the extremely high interest rates and unexpected fees, I would not use the service again, and online lenders in general would get another careful thought in the future. Lack of clarity has actually led to losing trust on this platform.

Quick and Reliable Service
I applied with Bankoff for a personal loan in order to meet an unforeseen expense. Luckily enough I'm happy I did so as it all went so swiftly that approval came in, no more than a few hours, and the funds, they made them available the next day. It was a pretty friendly and easy website to move about, and never faced an issue while the entire process. The customer service was responsive and kind, when I had a question. Sure, it's higher interest than the standard bank rates, but if I could have the experience that is smooth from application to payout within minutes, with Bankoff, then I do again.
