Reward System Felt Pointless
I signed up for their rewards scheme, thinking it would add value over time, but the points expire quickly and the discounts are minimal. For frequent customers, it doesn?t feel like much of a benefit at all. Other companies offer far more generous loyalty systems. The coffee itself was average, not bad but nothing special compared to other roasters. Between the weak rewards and the steep delivery fee, I didn?t feel I was getting my money?s worth.

Good Coffee, Poor Packaging
