Not worth the wait

Wrong Item Sent

Packaging Was a Mess
When my order arrived, the box was crushed and the items inside were just tossed around without much protection. One of the products was slightly damaged, and while it was still usable, it didn?t feel good to receive something in that condition. I contacted them and was offered a small discount on a future purchase, but that doesn?t really fix the poor packaging issue. I expected more care in handling orders, especially for something that?s supposed to arrive looking new. It?s made me think twice before ordering again, especially if presentation matters for the product I?m buying.

Tangled easily

Quality Not As Expected
The product looked so nice in the pictures online, but when it arrived, it felt cheap and not at all worth the price. The fibers looked unnatural and tangled almost immediately. I tried styling it but it shed a lot after just a few uses. I feel like the photos on the site were misleading because the actual product looked different. The return policy is also not very friendly for used items, so I?m basically stuck with something I won?t use. I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. Disappointed with the quality overall.

Poor stitching
Some of the wefts were loose when I first took the wig out of the package. Had to reinforce them myself before wearing it. For the money, I expected better workmanship. Delivery speed was fine, but I?d prefer a product that?s ready to wear, not something I have to fix myself.
