When it arrived, it clearly didn?t match the shape or frequency listed in my manual. I reached out to customer service and was told to ?double-check the battery,? which was not even the issue. After explaining the situation again, they admitted the product listing might be outdated. That?s not acceptable when you?re trying to repair your garage system and rely on their info. I had to go through the return process and still ended up needing to purchase from another site. Between the time wasted and the lack of responsibility taken for incorrect listing info, I won?t be using them again. If you're not technical, be cautious?what?s listed may not actually be accurate, and support won?t always help right away. Overall, very disappointed in the service and accuracy.

Product didn?t work at all
I purchased a wall console replacement for my garage door opener based on their website's recommendations. I installed it carefully, following all instructions, but it didn?t function at all. Tried different wiring configurations and checked voltage?still nothing. Contacted support and they just told me to check the compatibility guide again, which I had already done. Felt like they didn?t read my message. I requested a return but had to pay shipping myself, even though I suspect the unit was defective. It was a total waste of time and money. The replacement I later got from another store worked perfectly. This one clearly wasn?t functional, but they refused to admit it might?ve been defective. The dismissive customer service and refusal to help beyond scripted responses made it worse. If your product doesn't work, you'd hope for better resolution than that.

Product arrived damaged
