Very Organized Setup
You can tell this place is well-managed. Everything runs smoothly, from the paperwork to the gate system. The staff keeps the property looking good?trash picked up, carts in place, nothing sketchy going on. I?ve had units at other places where it felt neglected, but not here. You can see they care about how the place looks and runs. The indoor units are really well lit, too, which makes evening visits a lot easier. Overall, it?s been an easy and professional experience the whole way. I?m happy with the price for what I?m getting in return. Totally worth it.

Staff Goes the Extra Mile
What really stood out to me at Life Storage was the customer service. The staff here really care. One time I forgot my gate code and called the office while they were about to close. Instead of brushing me off, they stayed to help and made sure I got in okay. That kind of thing matters. The units are well-kept and affordable for the size. I?ve had no complaints the whole time. I store a mix of household and business items, and everything has been in great shape each time I come back. Definitely recommend this team and location.

Super Clean and Convenient
Life Storage has really impressed me with how clean and convenient everything is. The hallways are always clear, the units smell fresh, and the whole place feels maintained. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process was. Reserved my unit online, and when I came in, the paperwork was already prepped. The team was friendly and didn?t rush me at all. The location was close by, and I was able to rent a unit same-day. The space was spotless and easy to load into. Carts were available, and the access code worked the first time. Staff even gave me water while I was unloading in the heat. It felt like they actually cared. After the move, closing the unit was just as easy. Really grateful I found them.

Ideal for My Small Business
As a small business owner, I needed extra storage for supplies and seasonal items. Life Storage gave me exactly what I needed. The drive-up access makes it fast to load and unload inventory, and the space is dry, clean, and just the right size. I feel confident leaving my goods there knowing the place is well-monitored. Staff are helpful and friendly whenever I have a question. It?s also been easy to update payment info and access records online. This kind of reliability is huge for my business. Happy to have found a place that works so well.

Dirty Unit
My unit wasn?t clean when I got it. Dust, dirt, and even a soda can left behind. No one checked it before I moved in.
