Bad experience
I wasn?t happy with how things went. The crew arrived late and seemed unprepared. They had to leave twice to get missing tools. The carpet job was sloppy around the edges. Pushy Sales, Bad Install
I really didn?t like how pushy the salesperson was when they came to give me a quote. They kept stressing the ?deal only for today? thing, which felt more like a scam than a helpful service. I signed up anyway because I needed the work done fast. On installation day, the crew didn?t seem very professional. They rushed through the job, left scratches on my baseboards, and didn?t clean up after themselves. The carpet has visible seams that are already starting to fray. When I tried to reach customer service about it, it was almost impossible to get through to the right person. After weeks, no one has shown up to fix anything. Overall, the whole experience felt like I was pressured into buying something, and then abandoned once the job was done. Would not recommend to anyone.

Floors came out alright, but the crew left a mess behind. Nails, dust, even some packaging just lying around. I had to spend hours cleaning it up. For the money, I don?t think that should happen. The actual product looks fine but the whole experience left me annoyed more than happy.

Not Worth the Price
I thought Empire Today would be a reliable choice, but I regret going forward with them. The price was higher than some other quotes I got, but I assumed the quality would make up for it. Sadly, it hasn?t. The installation team seemed rushed and not very detail-oriented. Some boards weren?t even lined up straight, and I can feel uneven spots when I walk across the floor. They didn?t bother cleaning up, leaving behind packaging and little bits of flooring. I reached out about the uneven boards, and while they said someone would call me back, it?s been weeks without any resolution. For how much money I paid, I really expected a professional finish and follow-through. Now I feel like I paid premium prices for average work. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not worth the cost.
