Missed too many spots

Very Disappointing
The cleaner didn?t follow my checklist at all. The living room had dust bunnies, the kitchen sink still had stains, and the toilet wasn?t scrubbed. I honestly don?t know what I paid for. Easy process and great job
Booking was straightforward, and I liked that I could pick a time that worked for me. The cleaner texted before arriving, which was nice. She focused on the kitchen and bathroom like I asked and did a great job ? the sink and shower looked so much better. The living room also got some attention, and the floors were vacuumed well. There were a few little crumbs left under the coffee table, but nothing major. It still felt much cleaner overall. I liked her friendly attitude and the fact she didn?t waste any time. I?ll probably schedule a monthly cleaning from now on just to stay on top of things.

More than I expected
I booked a standard cleaning and ended up with a home that looked like it belonged in a magazine. She wiped down all surfaces, dusted every corner, and even took time to organize my desk. Everything feels calm and fresh now. I didn?t think a cleaning could change the vibe of a place so much, but here we are.

Makes My Life Easier
As someone with a busy schedule, I don?t have the time or energy to deep clean every week. This service has been a lifesaver. My assigned cleaner is punctual, friendly, and works without needing constant direction. I like that I can leave while they clean and come back to a fresh-smelling, tidy home. The floors, counters, and bathrooms always look great. Even after a messy weekend, everything gets back to order quickly. There have been one or two small things missed, but nothing worth complaining about. Overall, it?s been worth the cost for the convenience and time I save.

Could Have Been Better
While the cleaner was polite, the actual cleaning quality was lacking. The floors still had debris, and my stove had visible grease marks. I mentioned it during the appointment, but they said they ran out of time. For the cost, I was expecting a complete clean. Customer support apologized but offered no immediate resolution.

Nice and easy experience
I was happy with how smooth the process was from booking to cleaning. The cleaner messaged when she was on her way and arrived right on time. She worked quickly, focusing on the bathroom and kitchen just like I asked. Both looked much better afterward, and the whole place smelled fresh. There were a couple of spots that could?ve used more attention, but overall, it was great. I liked her friendly attitude and how easy it was to communicate. Definitely worth it for the time saved and the peace of mind of having a clean place.

Effort shows everywhere
You can tell when someone actually takes pride in their work, and this cleaner definitely did. From perfectly vacuumed carpets to neatly arranged pillows, everything felt intentional. The kitchen was spotless, and my stovetop looked brand new. Even the baseboards were wiped clean. This was a great experience from booking to finish.

Needs Improvement
I don?t usually leave reviews, but I was let down. The cleaner skipped my balcony entirely, even though it was part of my request. The oven still had food residue, and the floors were sticky. I got an apology email but no offer to fix the problem. Service needs more consistency.

Really good, small hiccup
Cleaner did a fab job on the living room and kitchen. Only hiccup was the inside of the fridge still had a few crumbs. Not a big deal, but that?s why it?s 4-star.

Missed basics

Didn?t Meet Expectations
The booking process was easy, but that?s where the good part ended. The cleaner seemed rushed and left without addressing a few main areas I had requested. My bathroom mirror still had streaks, and the floors didn?t feel mopped. Customer service was polite but couldn?t offer a quick fix. I won?t be scheduling again soon.

A true deep clean
I?ve had ?deep cleans? before that weren?t much different from regular ones, but this one was different. Every surface was dust-free, floors mopped perfectly, and even my fridge shelves were wiped. It was obvious that care went into every part of the process. I?ll definitely be requesting the same cleaner again next time.

Very efficient and polite
My experience was great from start to finish. The cleaner arrived right at the agreed time, asked for instructions, and then worked quietly without interruption. She cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and living room as I?d requested. The floors looked really good, and the bathroom mirror was streak-free. I did notice a tiny dust patch on the window sill, but everything else was done perfectly. I liked how efficient she was without making it feel rushed. For the amount of time saved, I?d happily pay for this again. Definitely useful for busy weeks when I just can?t keep up with cleaning.

Cleaner than I expected
This was my first time trying a service like this, so I wasn?t sure what to expect. The cleaner showed up right on time and had all the supplies needed, which was convenient. She asked if there were any specific areas to focus on, so I mentioned the living room and kitchen. By the time she was done, the floors were spotless, and my counters looked like new. There was one tiny area behind the couch that didn?t get dusted, but I only noticed later. Still, everything felt much fresher and more organized. It?s such a relief not having to spend my whole Saturday cleaning. Overall, the service was worth it, and I?d book again when I need a deep clean.

Peace of mind restored

Thoughtful and thorough
I?ve had cleaners in the past who just did the basics, but this was different. Disappointed With Service
I had high hopes based on what I read online, but my experience wasn?t great. The cleaner arrived over an hour late and didn?t seem fully prepared. While some areas were cleaned decently, other parts of the apartment were missed entirely. Communication was slow, and I had to follow up several times. I wouldn?t call it terrible, but definitely not the quality I expected for the price.

Great value for time saved
I decided to book a cleaning after a busy few weeks at work. The cleaner showed up exactly on time and was polite and friendly.
