Great value, great products

I joined Beauty Pie after reading about it online and was curious to try something new. So far, it?s been fantastic. The products feel luxurious, and I love that they?re cruelty-free. My favorite is the Super Retinol?it's gentle and actually works. Also loving the Plantastic balm. Everything arrived quickly and was nicely packed. I?m already planning my next order. The savings are real when you add up how much these items would normally cost. It?s a great system once you understand how it works. Definitely worth trying if you?re tired of overpriced beauty brands that don?t deliver.

img 3/5.0 01, Aug 2025

Average at best

I was expecting luxury quality, but it feels more like drugstore stuff. Not bad, but not what the branding makes it out to be.

img 2/5.0 26, Jul 2025

Disappointed with delivery

I placed an order and it arrived almost two weeks late. No updates in between. The products are fine, but the experience left a bad taste. Not sure if I?ll order again.

img 1/5.0 16, Jul 2025

Poor customer service

I had an issue with my order and no one replied to my emails for over a week. When they finally did, the answer was vague. Super frustrating.

img 4/5.0 06, Jul 2025

Really nice, mostly

Everything I?ve tried is either good or amazing. I just wish the body care line was a bit bigger. But the moisturizers and serums are top tier. No breakouts either, which is rare for me.

My favorite skincare switch

I switched to Beauty Pie a few months ago after seeing so many people rave about it. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but wow?the difference it?s made to my skin is unreal. The Japanfusion cleanser and Super Retinol are now permanent parts of my routine. I also love how clean and simple the packaging is. Their customer service was helpful when I needed to change my shipping address too. I like the pricing model once you understand how it works. Definitely worth it if you buy skincare regularly like I do. No regrets at all.

Best decision for my skin

Joining Beauty Pie was the best skincare decision I?ve made. My routine is simpler and more effective now. I use fewer products but get better results. Their Japanfusion line is so gentle and hydrating. I also love the transparency on pricing?it feels good knowing exactly what I?m paying for. Everything arrives quickly and the packaging feels so luxe. I also use their SPF every day now, and it doesn?t leave a white cast like other brands. I?ve honestly stopped shopping anywhere else for skincare. Highly recommend to anyone tired of overpriced beauty brands with fancy names.

Just okay

Nothing I tried really stood out. It?s fine, but I?ve used better products for similar prices. Might not renew my membership.

img 4/5.0 17, Jun 2025

A few misses but love it

Not everything worked for my skin, but the stuff that did? Amazing. Especially the super drops. My texture improved so much. I just wish returns were a bit easier to manage.

img 5/5.0 09, Jun 2025

Impressed with the results

Didn?t think I?d notice a difference, but after using the vitamin c capsules and moisturiser, my skin looks healthier. It?s been only a few weeks. I love the simplicity of their formulas. Good stuff.

img 5/5.0 21, May 2025

Luxury feel, fair price

The packaging, the feel, the formulas?it all feels like a luxury brand. Except I?m not breaking the bank. That?s a win. Happy with the purchase.

Didn?t work out for me

I kept hearing about Beauty Pie, so I decided to sign up and see what all the fuss was about. It sounded like a good deal, but I didn?t realize how limiting the spending caps would be. I couldn?t get everything I wanted in one go unless I upgraded, which kind of defeated the purpose of saving money. I tried a few products?skincare and makeup?and didn?t like much of it. The serum pilled under my makeup, and the lipstick dried my lips. The quality just didn?t match the luxury claims. Also, I didn?t love how long shipping took. When I contacted them for help, it took days to get a response, and it wasn?t very helpful. I feel like I got stuck with products I don?t like and can?t use. It?s not a total scam, but it wasn?t a good value for me. Won?t be trying it again.

img 5/5.0 06, May 2025

Skin has never looked better

The Super Retinol products have changed my skin. Smoother, brighter, and fewer breakouts. Even my boyfriend noticed. Really happy I gave this brand a chance.

img 2/5.0 24, Apr 2025

Expected better

I really wanted to love Beauty Pie because the concept sounds smart. But once I signed up, I was kind of confused by how it all worked. You pay to be a member, but still have to pay separately for each product. On top of that, the products themselves didn?t blow me away. I got a few skincare items and a lipstick, and only one thing?the serum?was halfway decent. The lipstick color was off and the texture was super drying. Also, the moisturizer just sat on my skin and didn?t soak in. Not worth the price, even if they claim it?s luxury quality. Honestly, I?ve had better luck with regular drugstore brands. I also found the website a bit hard to navigate and the shipping was delayed. I wanted this to be a game-changer for my beauty routine, but instead I felt like I wasted my money and time.

img 5/5.0 16, Apr 2025

Happy with everything

From skincare to makeup to candles?I haven?t had a dud yet. I also like the transparency around cost. The membership model is different but makes sense when you use it often.

img 2/5.0 08, Apr 2025

Confusing pricing structure

I thought I was getting a good deal, but the membership model feels unnecessarily complicated. I?d rather just pay for the products directly. Feels sneaky.

img 5/5.0 30, Mar 2025

Luxury without the markup

Beauty Pie has really impressed me. From the first order, I felt like I was getting premium products without paying the crazy price tags. Their moisturizers and serums are now staples in my skincare routine. I?ve tried both makeup and skincare and have been happy with almost everything. The membership model might seem strange at first, but it actually makes sense when you get into it. I just wish I had discovered this brand sooner! Their Japanfusion line is gentle and perfect for my sensitive skin. Definitely one of the best beauty finds I?ve made online.

img 4/5.0 23, Mar 2025

Could use more variety

Loving the skincare but wish there were more makeup options. What they have is great quality though. The primer I bought was super smooth and held my makeup all day. Great service too.

img 4/5.0 03, Mar 2025

Quality stuff

The Japanfusion line is really nice. Not too heavily scented and absorbs well. Some products sell out too fast though, which is annoying. Overall, I?ve been impressed.

img 5/5.0 25, Feb 2025

Big fan of the packaging

Sounds silly but I love how clean and pretty the bottles look. Minimalist and cute. The stuff inside is great too?especially the moisturizers. Makes my skin feel fresh every morning.

img 5/5.0 13, Feb 2025

Great for gifting too

I originally found Beauty Pie while looking for a gift, and now I?ve become a regular customer myself. I gave my sister a skincare set and she loved it. I tried some of the same products and was impressed. The Triple Hyaluronic Serum and the retinol oil are now my go-tos. They feel great on the skin and actually work. Plus, everything looks and feels high-end. It?s also kind of fun to use your allowance and discover new things every month. I love the idea behind the brand and the savings are real. I?ll definitely be buying more.

img 4/5.0 06, Feb 2025

Happy customer

Been trying a few products over the last two months and I like them. Not everything works for my skin, but that?s expected. Their moisturizers and masks are amazing though.

img 2/5.0 29, Jan 2025

Misleading savings

They market the savings a lot, but once you factor in the membership and shipping, it doesn?t feel like such a great deal. Would rather pay full price elsewhere.

img 3/5.0 19, Jan 2025

Hit and miss

A few products were nice, but some were total misses. The serum didn?t absorb well and left my skin sticky. I expected more consistent quality.

img 5/5.0 01, Jan 2025

Smells soooo good

I ordered their body cream and candles and OMG the scent is incredible. Subtle but fancy. I light the candle in my room and it makes everything feel calm. A+ for vibes.

img 1/5.0 27, Dec 2024

Waste of money

I saw so many influencers promoting Beauty Pie, so I thought I?d give it a try. Big mistake. The pricing model is confusing and misleading. You pay a membership fee and think you?re saving, but the actual products aren?t cheap and the quality didn?t back up the hype. The cleanser dried out my skin, and the face oil made me break out. When I tried to return them, the process was a hassle. No easy return label, and customer service just gave me generic responses. It honestly felt like they didn?t care once they got my money. Also, I didn?t like how many popups and upsells were on the site?it felt a bit pushy. I barely made it past my first order before I canceled everything. It may work for other people, but for me, this was a waste of time, money, and energy.

img 4/5.0 19, Dec 2024

Very happy customer

So far, most of the products I tried were great. Their body lotion is my absolute favorite. One serum irritated me a bit, but I have sensitive skin, so that?s not their fault.

img 1/5.0 03, Dec 2024

Not worth the hype

Honestly disappointed. The face cream broke me out and the shipping was painfully slow. Cancelled my membership after the first month.

img 4/5.0 23, Nov 2024

Love the concept

I really like the membership model now that I get it. You?re not paying more, just shifting how you pay. The products really are top quality. The eye cream is a gamechanger.

img 2/5.0 11, Nov 2024

Not impressed at all

I was really excited to try Beauty Pie after seeing so many people rave about it online. Unfortunately, it didn?t live up to the hype. The membership thing is already confusing, and I didn?t like how it limited what you could buy unless you upgrade. I tried some of the bestselling skincare and honestly, it felt just average?nothing special. The scent of some items was a bit off, and the textures didn?t feel as luxurious as advertised. Customer service was polite, but not particularly helpful when I had questions about my spending cap. The return window is also super short, which made it tough to try things out without rushing. It?s disappointing because I wanted to love it, but I felt like I paid more in the long run and didn?t get much in return. It?s a cool concept but didn?t suit me at all.

img 5/5.0 06, Nov 2024

Membership is a smart idea

At first I didn?t get the whole subscription thing, but once I saw the savings, it made total sense. The products perform just as well as expensive brands I used before.

img 1/5.0 29, Oct 2024

Super confusing model

I don?t usually write reviews but felt I had to. I signed up thinking I?d get access to great skincare at a lower cost. What I didn?t understand was that the monthly membership doesn?t go toward your purchase?it?s just for access. That threw me off right away. Then I tried to place an order and realized I had a spending cap, which made things worse. I ordered a few products, and while the packaging was okay, the quality didn?t impress me. One serum gave me red patches and another just didn?t absorb well. I contacted customer support and got a generic response that didn?t help. It just all felt like a hassle. Between the confusing pricing, the average quality, and the lack of customer care, I was super disappointed. I canceled the membership pretty quickly and won?t be coming back. Definitely not worth the stress for me.

img 2/5.0 21, Oct 2024

Products didn't match the marketing

The ads made it look like a no-brainer ? high-end skincare and beauty for less. But after using Beauty Pie for a few months, I?m not convinced. The moisturizer I tried felt greasy, and the eye serum didn?t do much. I also ordered a body cream that smelled a bit off and didn?t absorb well. When I looked up some of the ingredients, I realized they weren?t all that unique or luxurious. The packaging is clean and minimal, which I like, but that's the only thing I was impressed with. The membership model can be a trap if you forget to cancel. I got billed again even after I stopped ordering, and they didn?t offer a refund. Honestly, I think they?re banking more on the idea of luxury than actually delivering it. For me, Beauty Pie turned out to be more style than substance.

img 2/5.0 15, Oct 2024

Not what I expected

I wanted to love this brand, but most of the skincare didn?t work for me. The moisturizer felt greasy, and I had a small breakout. Also, the whole membership thing was confusing at checkout. Not sure I?ll continue.

img 3/5.0 06, Oct 2024

Needs improvement

The idea behind the brand is cool, but they need to work on product variety and communication. I couldn?t track my order properly and that was frustrating.

img 5/5.0 28, Sep 2024

Clean and effective

Love that they use clean ingredients without overhyping things. The cleanser and moisturizer combo worked well for my combo skin. Easy routine. Would recommend to friends.

img 4/5.0 14, Sep 2024

Great, but room to grow

Beauty Pie has become a staple for me. Prices are good, and quality is consistent. I do wish they?d expand their shade range in foundations. Otherwise, no major complaints.

img 5/5.0 10, Sep 2024

Great quality & service

I?ve tried everything from moisturizers to lip balms to candles, and I?m always happy with my Beauty Pie orders. Their products are high-quality and feel really luxurious without being overpriced. I had one order that arrived with a damaged box and they replaced it quickly?no hassle. That kind of service really matters. I also appreciate the way the site explains each product?s ingredients and why they work. Makes me feel like I know what I?m putting on my skin. I?ve told so many friends about them and everyone who tries it ends up loving it too.

img 1/5.0 04, Sep 2024

Never arrived

I ordered two weeks ago and still haven?t received my products. No update, no tracking link. This is my first order and probably my last.

img 4/5.0 20, Aug 2024

Lovely packaging too

I?m a sucker for clean packaging, and Beauty Pie nails it. The products also perform well. The face oil is a dream. Only thing is, international shipping takes a bit long.

img 5/5.0 13, Aug 2024

No regrets joining

I waited months before finally subscribing, and honestly wish I joined earlier. The retinol products are gentle yet work so well. I use less makeup now cause my skin looks better.

img 2/5.0 02, Aug 2024

Too much hype, too little result

I gave Beauty Pie a fair shot, but I just don?t think it lives up to all the hype. Some of the products were fine, but nothing special ? a lot like what I can already find in regular stores. Plus, having to pay for a membership just to access products? That felt odd to me. It?s like buying into a club without really knowing if the products are worth it. I tried a moisturizer and a serum, and neither made a noticeable difference after a month. Shipping was quick, and packaging is nice, but I don?t buy into packaging alone. I canceled after the first month and don?t plan to rejoin. The concept is interesting, but for me, the quality and results didn?t back it up. I?d rather stick to brands I already know deliver consistently. Just didn?t feel like a good investment overall.

img 5/5.0 25, Jul 2024

Love this brand so much

I?ve been a subscriber for about 6 months now and Beauty Pie has become my go-to for skincare. Every order feels like a treat. The quality is always consistent, and the pricing model has saved me so much money. I especially love their candles?beautiful scents and they last for ages. The Super Healthy Skin range makes my face feel soft and smooth without being greasy. Also, their makeup line is surprisingly good. I wear the mascara every day and it doesn?t smudge. The whole experience feels high-end but affordable. I honestly don?t shop for beauty anywhere else now.

img 5/5.0 14, Jul 2024

Repeat customer here

Been ordering from them for a year now. Never had a bad product. I love how they break down the prices. Makes me feel like I?m getting real value. Keep it up!

img 4/5.0 01, Jul 2024

Good value skincare

For what you pay, the quality is honestly amazing. I?ve used higher end brands that didn?t do as much. Just wish they stocked some items more consistently?they sell out fast.

img 5/5.0 26, Jun 2024

Good value overall

Been using them for 6 months. I?ve saved a lot compared to buying from regular stores. The vitamin C capsules are especially nice. I had one issue with shipping, but it got fixed quickly.

img 5/5.0 12, Jun 2024

Fantastic for sensitive skin

I have super sensitive skin and have had trouble finding skincare that doesn?t cause irritation. Beauty Pie has been a total game-changer. I use the Japanfusion and Superdose C products every day and my skin has honestly never been calmer. I haven?t had any breakouts or redness since I made the switch. Everything feels clean and gentle, and I really appreciate the honest ingredient lists. It?s rare to find products that work this well for this price. Even their body care is amazing?the body scrub and oil are my new favorites. I'm very glad I gave them a try.

img 4/5.0 02, Jun 2024

Affordable and works

I was surprised that something so affordable actually worked for my dry skin. The body cream is especially nice. A couple products were meh, but I?ll still reorder.

img 5/5.0 30, May 2024

Obsessed with the cleanser

If you try only one thing, get the Japanfusion cleanser. It?s super gentle, removes makeup, and leaves my skin soft. Honestly one of the best I?ve used. Great first order experience too.

img 5/5.0 18, May 2024

Worth every penny

I?ve tried a lot of skincare brands, and Beauty Pie really does deliver. The night cream is top notch. My face feels plump and hydrated. Highly recommend.

img 5/5.0 05, May 2024

Love the packaging & scents

One thing I love about Beauty Pie is how nice everything looks and smells. The candles are so elegant and relaxing. My current favorite is the Bahia de Miel scent?so warm and cozy. I also got a lip gloss and it?s the perfect texture, not too sticky. Even their bath products feel super luxe. The Super Healthy Skin body cream is amazing after a shower. And I love how fast things ship. The quality-to-price ratio is unmatched. The membership made sense after my first two orders. I?m totally converted. It?s honestly a joy to shop here.

img 2/5.0 20, Apr 2024

Felt like a waste

I barely used the products I bought. Either the scent was too strong or the texture didn?t feel right. Just not for me.

img 4/5.0 05, Apr 2024

Love the makeup line

Their lipstick shades are gorgeous, and the texture is super creamy. The foundation could use more shade options, but the finish is beautiful. Glad I gave it a go.

img 2/5.0 23, Mar 2024

Drying formula

The cleanser I tried completely dried out my skin. It says it?s gentle, but I wouldn?t recommend for sensitive types.

img 1/5.0 14, Mar 2024

Just not for me

Beauty Pie seemed promising, but the whole thing felt like a trick. You pay a monthly fee just to be able to buy stuff?on top of actually paying for the stuff. That model alone turned me off, but I still gave it a shot. The skincare irritated my skin, especially the vitamin C serum. It caused redness and breakouts. I emailed customer service, and while they were nice, they didn?t help much with a refund or exchange. I felt stuck. Also, the product descriptions are kind of over-the-top. They promise miracle results but don?t deliver. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I honestly think other brands offer more transparency and better quality for less money. I gave it two months and then canceled. It just didn?t feel like a brand built for the average person. Wish I?d done more research before signing up. Wouldn?t recommend it personally.

img 5/5.0 11, Mar 2024

Surprisingly good quality

The retinol serum is gentle but effective. Also, their shampoo smells amazing. Love how they keep everything eco-conscious too. Will order again.

img 4/5.0 01, Mar 2024

Skincare that works

I?ve tried their retinol and the overnight oil?both are now part of my daily routine. I knocked one star off cause I wish they had a live chat support. Still, happy customer here.

img 5/5.0 18, Feb 2024

Love the results I'm seeing

I?ve used several products from Beauty Pie and they?ve all been top-notch. The Vitamin C capsules give me a noticeable glow, and the Super Healthy Skin body cream feels so luxurious. I also got a candle in my last order and it made my room smell amazing. Everything arrives beautifully packed and feels like a treat. I?ve honestly cut back on expensive department store brands because Beauty Pie?s quality matches or even beats them. I like knowing I?m saving without sacrificing on ingredients. I?ve recommended this brand to a few friends already and they?re all loving it too.

img 5/5.0 07, Feb 2024

Great for gifting too

Got a Beauty Pie gift set for a friend and she loved it. Ended up getting one for myself too. The serum and cream combo made a huge difference in my skin.

img 2/5.0 02, Feb 2024

Great concept, disappointing delivery

I love the concept of Beauty Pie ? luxury formulas at a fraction of the cost. But in practice, I felt like it fell flat. The membership idea is okay if you're going to buy frequently, but I didn?t find enough products I liked to make it worth it. I tried their mascara, eye cream, and a couple lipsticks ? the mascara flaked, the eye cream was too heavy and gave me small bumps under my eyes, and the lipsticks dried my lips out fast. I feel like I ended up with a drawer full of stuff I won?t use. Also, the return process isn?t as simple as you?d expect ? you basically just eat the cost. It?s a cool idea, and I wanted to love it, but I won?t be renewing. I?ve had better luck with drugstore brands, honestly. Might work for some, but not for me.

img 2/5.0 28, Jan 2024

Underwhelming

Tried three products and none were amazing. The scent of the body lotion was too strong and the face mask made me red. I?m done trying.

img 5/5.0 14, Jan 2024

Worth the hype

People kept talking about Beauty Pie so I gave it a try. Glad I did! Prices are fair for what you get. My fav is the Japanfusion cleanser?it?s super gentle. Feels like a spa day.

img 5/5.0 08, Jan 2024

Solid membership model

It took me a second to get the pricing structure, but now that I?ve used it for a few months, I see the value. Good product range and nice customer service when I had questions. I just wish they had more makeup shades.

img 1/5.0 01, Jan 2024

Didn't work for my sensitive skin

I was really hoping Beauty Pie would be a game changer for my skincare, especially since so many people seem to rave about it. Unfortunately, it didn?t work for me at all. I have very sensitive skin, and the cleanser and Vitamin C serum I tried both caused a reaction. My skin turned red and itchy, which rarely happens to me anymore because I?m careful. I contacted customer service and they were polite but not particularly helpful?basically just told me to stop using the products. No offer of refund or even a product swap. I feel like if they?re marketing themselves as luxury, there should be better care and consideration for customers with concerns. The whole return experience wasn?t great. I canceled my membership after two weeks. It may work for others, but if you?ve got sensitive or reactive skin, I?d say be really cautious before investing here.

img 4/5.0 27, Dec 2023

Skincare favs here

Their Super Healthy Skin moisturizer is my holy grail. I use it daily. Love how lightweight it feels. One item came slightly dented once, but that?s on the courier. I?m sticking with them.

img 5/5.0 10, Dec 2023

Great stuff and fast ship

Honestly loving my order. I got the hyaluronic capsules and the Japanfusion cleanser. Both worked really well. Plus, shipping was super fast to me in London. Happy with it.

img 5/5.0 04, Dec 2023

Amazing products

Everything I've tried has exceeded expectations. The eye serum actually made a difference in my puffiness. I use the Japanfusion cleanser daily. Will def keep my membership going.

img 3/5.0 26, Nov 2023

Okay, not amazing

It?s not bad, but not as great as people say. The shampoo didn?t work well with my hair and the candle had barely any scent. Just average for me.

img 5/5.0 17, Nov 2023

Impressive across the board

I rarely write reviews but Beauty Pie deserves it. Everything I?ve tried has exceeded my expectations. The packaging is sleek, the products feel premium, and my skin has genuinely improved. I?ve had fewer breakouts and my skin looks brighter overall. The retinol night cream is a favorite and the daily sunscreen is lightweight and non-greasy. I even ordered their haircare recently and was impressed. I like that I can customize how much I spend each month. It?s also fun to explore new items each time. Beauty Pie really nails it on value, performance, and variety. Highly recommend trying them.

img 4/5.0 07, Nov 2023

Products are great

I love the Super Healthy Skin body cream?it?s so rich without being greasy. Some products do run out quick, though. Overall, I?m impressed.

img 5/5.0 31, Oct 2023

New staple brand

It?s been 3 months and I?ve already reordered twice. Their products make me feel like I?m treating myself without overpaying. The packaging looks cute on my shelf too.

img 5/5.0 22, Oct 2023

A new favorite brand

I?m hooked! Everything I?ve tried so far has been fantastic, especially the body scrub and eye cream. My skin feels so much smoother. Also, love the customer service team?super helpful.

img 5/5.0 09, Oct 2023

Obsessed with the skincare

My skin has honestly never looked this good. I started with just a few products from Beauty Pie to test the waters and ended up buying more after the first week. The Triple Hyaluronic Acid is my absolute favorite?it sinks in fast and leaves my skin feeling super hydrated. I also appreciate how transparent the brand is about pricing and ingredients. Even the packaging looks high-end. It?s really refreshing to find a brand that delivers on quality without emptying your wallet. The subscription model works for me because I use skincare every day. 100% recommend to anyone.

img 5/5.0 01, Oct 2023

My go-to skincare now

I cleared out my old routine and replaced most of it with Beauty Pie. My skin looks way better. The glow is real. Super happy I found this brand.

img 3/5.0 24, Sep 2023

So-so products

Some were okay, but a couple really didn?t work out. The lip balm dried my lips out weirdly. I?ll use up what I have but won?t repurchase.

img 5/5.0 18, Sep 2023

Minimalist and effective

I like how their skincare is straightforward. No gimmicky promises, just solid ingredients. My skin has cleared up a lot since using their products. I also like their emails?they don?t spam too much.

img 5/5.0 12, Sep 2023

Perfect for minimalists

Love that I don?t need a million steps anymore. Just a cleanser, serum, and cream from BP and I?m set. It?s simplified my routine and my skin is honestly doing better than ever.

img 2/5.0 07, Sep 2023

Didn?t suit my skin

I love trying new skincare, so Beauty Pie felt like a fun idea at first. The sign-up was easy, but then I saw that I had a spending cap and that the membership fee was separate. I still went ahead and tried a few popular items. Unfortunately, they didn?t work well for me. The moisturizer felt sticky, and the serum caused little bumps on my cheeks. I know everyone?s skin is different, but I expected better quality given all the hype. Also, the shipping took longer than I thought, and the customer service just referred me to their FAQ page when I had issues. For a brand promising ?luxury,? I didn?t feel like I got that experience. The packaging didn?t wow me either. I?m just not impressed and decided to cancel before another month went by. It's a unique business model, but not one that worked out for me.

img 4/5.0 25, Aug 2023

Good but shipping slow

Loved the moisturizer and serum I got. They felt super high-end. My only complaint is that delivery took over a week. Otherwise, very happy with the products and price point.

img 2/5.0 13, Aug 2023

Not for me

I really wanted to like Beauty Pie, but honestly, it didn?t work out. The membership model was confusing right off the bat, and I didn?t realize I?d be paying a fee just to shop. When I finally ordered, the skincare felt nice at first but didn?t do much long term. Some products even irritated my skin. I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, I didn?t get much help or real solutions. The return process was kind of slow too. Also, I think the marketing makes it sound way more luxury than it actually feels. It?s not bad stuff, but just not amazing either. Maybe it works for others, but for me, it wasn?t worth the hassle or the cost. I ended up canceling my membership and don?t plan to go back. Wish it had been a better experience honestly.

img 4/5.0 10, Aug 2023

Great brand, tricky start

Took me a bit to understand how the subscription works. But once I did, it made sense. I like the skincare the best. Would love a loyalty program though.

img 5/5.0 02, Aug 2023

Best for candles & serums

Their candles smell luxe without the heavy price tag. I also adore the triple hyaluronic acid serum?it?s so hydrating. The packaging is clean and chic. Worth the membership in my opinion.

Worth a try

Wasn?t sure what to expect, but glad I joined. I got compliments on my skin after just a couple weeks. Delivery was a bit slow during holidays, but no biggie.

Not for me

I wanted to love Beauty Pie, but it didn?t work for my skin. Plus, I don?t like being locked into a membership just to shop.

Pretty good deal

Honestly didn?t expect much, but I was surprised. The prices make sense with the quality. I like the Vitamin C serum and the triple hyaluronic acid. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the membership can be confusing at first. Still, I?d reorder.

Affordable luxury at last

I always thought high-quality skincare had to come with a crazy price tag, but Beauty Pie changed that. I?ve used their retinol, hyaluronic acid, and sunscreen and all three have become daily staples. The difference in my skin is real?more hydrated, smoother, and brighter. Their candle collection is also beautiful and smells expensive. It?s like giving yourself spa-level self-care at home. I had one small mix-up with an order and customer service sorted it out the next day. I appreciate that kind of support. Honestly, I?m so glad I found this brand. It's beauty that makes sense.

Subscription is worth it

At first I hesitated cause of the membership, but if you use skincare and makeup regularly, it?s totally worth it. Some products I didn?t love, but most have been great. Would recommend.

Love the skincare range

I?m really into their moisturizers, especially the Japanfusion one. Leaves my skin soft and glowy. Shipping was quick too. Some of the packaging could be sturdier, but overall, great experience. Totally worth the subscription if you use skincare regularly.

Didn?t suit my skin

I tried a few items and ended up with irritated skin. The retinol was too strong even though it claimed to be gentle. Might work for others, but not for me.

Meh experience

The idea behind Beauty Pie is cool, but in practice it just didn?t work for me. I signed up thinking I?d get high-end skincare at low prices. But I didn't realize the membership fee doesn?t count toward your order total. That was frustrating. I still gave it a shot and ordered some things, but they didn?t do much. The cleanser was too drying and the eye cream didn?t seem to help at all. Plus, I wasn?t impressed by the packaging?it felt kind of cheap for a brand selling the ?luxury? story. When I contacted customer support, they were friendly, but not super helpful. I asked about returns but ended up keeping stuff I won?t even use. I just feel like I wasted my time and money here. Maybe it?s good for others, but I?m moving on. Just not the skincare game-changer I hoped it?d be.

Mixed experience

Some products are decent, but a few didn?t feel like they matched the hype. The eye cream didn?t do much, and shipping took longer than expected. I don?t hate it, but I?m not wowed either.

Too many out-of-stock items

Every time I go to order something, it's sold out. What?s the point of subscribing if I can?t even buy what I want?

Candle game is strong

Bought the candles on a whim and wow, they?re amazing. Burn well, smell lovely, and don?t give me headaches like some other brands. I?m stocking up.

Didn?t meet expectations

I heard so many great things about Beauty Pie, but after trying it, I felt a bit let down. The concept is interesting, but the pricing model was more complicated than I thought. Once I joined, I found the products hit or miss. The moisturizer broke me out and the serum had a weird smell. Some stuff was okay, but nothing wowed me. For all the hype about luxury formulations, the packaging didn?t feel special and the results weren?t any better than drugstore brands I?ve used. Also, shipping took longer than expected and their site was a little clunky to navigate. I reached out about a refund and the process was frustrating. It?s disappointing because I really wanted this to be my new go-to brand, but it just didn?t deliver. Might work for others, but didn?t suit me. Won?t be renewing the membership again.

Very happy with products

So far, everything I?ve tried has been solid. Lipsticks are creamy, and the candle scents are amazing. I also appreciate the minimalist packaging. Customer service helped me when I messed up my address?quick reply!

Skin has never been better

I?ve struggled with dry, dull skin for years and nothing seemed to help long-term. Beauty Pie?s products changed that. The Super Retinol and Triple HA combo worked magic. I?ve been using it nightly and my skin feels soft, plump, and glowy. It honestly looks like I get facials regularly! I also love their candles?they?re calming and smell divine. At first, I didn?t get the membership thing, but now I?m completely sold on it. I use up my allowance each month and always look forward to new releases. Beauty Pie has become a huge part of my routine.

Clean, simple, and great

No fluff, just good products. I especially love their eye cream and the Japanfusion serum. My skin actually looks better. I even got my sister into it. Definitely renewing my membership.

Not for me, sadly

I?d seen influencers and beauty blogs going on and on about Beauty Pie, so I finally caved and tried it out. I subscribed and ordered about six products ? a mix of skincare and makeup. Unfortunately, none of them really impressed me. The textures of the creams were off, and the serum I received had a weird smell. The foundation shade was way off even though I used their guide. What made it worse was the membership fee ? it?s not a huge amount, but it adds up quickly when you?re not satisfied with what you?re getting. I expected more transparency and a better user experience overall. Customer service wasn?t exactly friendly when I asked to cancel. I guess it?s just not my kind of brand. I wanted affordable luxury but ended up with mediocre products and a monthly charge I regret. I won?t be giving it another go.

My skin is glowing

Been using the Super Retinol and Japanfusion combo, and my skin looks amazing. I don?t even wear foundation some days now. Loving the results.
