Too Long to Process Claim
I had a great feeling joining Worth Ave Group for laptop insurance. However, the actual claim for accidental damage turned out to be too long in processing. Not Worth the Price
I paid for insurance with the Worth Ave Group and was not satisfied with the value for my money. I shelled out for a pretty pricey plan thinking that I'd get full coverage on my tablet, but they only paid half the damages when it broke. I thought they made excuses and tried not to pay out as much as possible. Neither was their customer service any good-they'd take ages to get back to you, and their answers were all vague and unsatisfying. Had to shell money out of my pocket for the repairs-which beats the whole purpose of having insurance.

Disappointed by Coverage Limits
I was with Worth Ave Group for a year, but I was disappointed when I tried to make a claim. I was promised much coverage when I signed up, but when my phone got damaged, they only told me that the type of damage wasn't fully covered. It was misleading because they were trying to sell it and you go into joining, so it's misleading on that aspect. And the process, too, was slow. I had to pay out-of-pocket for the repairs. It's not what I wanted.

Making Claim a Maze Task
I filed a claim with Worth Ave Group after my laptop broke but the entire process was dreadfully bureaucratic. The paper work was way too confusing and had to call several times to talk to someone who knew what the were talking about. Once finally getting a claim processed, I waited for a month to sort out the situation. It seemed as if they specifically did not want to pay the claim. I expect that paying double premium should ensure that the whole process less cumbersome than this.

This is a very bad experience with the customer service of Worth Ave Group. I had my phone damaged. When I called for help, I did not get any clear answer from them. I left voicemails and sent emails but after several attempts, no one contacted me about my claim status. I really felt that no one can help me at all and no one even informed me about my claim status. I canceled my policy after weeks of frustration.

Not the Best Experience
I was really wanting to use Worth Ave Group for my tablet insurance, but unfortunately my experience was not the greatest. When my device gets damaged, it took an eternity to settle the claim. I get it, that these things take time, but I didn't get an update or a communication of any sort along the way. I had to track them down for answers. By the time this was all done I no longer trusted the company to settle the claim satisfactory.

Good Service, but Slow
While I was ultimately satisfied with the outcome of my claim, I found that service was unbelievably slow. I insured camera equipment, but their response to a loss was slower than I would have hoped. They had me covered in a reasonable period of time, but it took them an inordinate number of followup contacts before they did anything with my claim. Service was okay, but the delay really detracted from the whole experience.

They Denied My Claim
Worst experience with Worth Ave Group. Purchased coverage for my laptop. Filed a claim when laptop is damaged. They denied the claim. Cannot believe what just happened, considering that I had carefully read all the fine print before opting to buy my policy. They came up with some flimsy reason to deny it, so I am left with the feeling perhaps that I was dealt with unfairly. I do regret electing this particular company, and I shall not renew the policy.

Slow Response, Not Reliable
I waited far too long to hear back from Worth Ave Group about my damage claim for my phone. Their customer service is really slow, and unless you call them a couple of times, they do not acknowledge even your claim. Misleading Terms

The terms of my policy looked good when I signed up, but when I submitted a claim for accidental damage to my phone, they said it was not part of my plan. Extremely Disappointing Service
I was really looking for good times when I chose Worth Ave Group to cover my laptop, but it turned out to be a thoroughly disappointing experience. After damaging my laptop, I filed a claim and waited for weeks before they informed me. Their customer service was completely unresponsive since they only left me with status updates and I had to chase them for any answer at all. They finally stated that the damage fell outside the policy because it didn't fall within comprehensive coverage. Went home with a broken laptop and frustration. Not renewing policy.

Claim Denied Without Clear Explanation
I insured my tablet through Worth Ave Group, and when it got damaged, I put through a claim. In the course of the said time, they denied my claim without a clear explanation as to why. I was totally caught off guard as I had studied my policy several times, and I knew there was no reason it shouldn't have been covered. It is frustrating when one doesn't get a straight answer, and when I spent hours on phone calls I still got vague responses. NEVER again will I use their service.

Too Complicated, Too Slow
I thought the Worth Ave Group would be pretty simple, basic company to deal with. Turns out to be the opposite case. When my laptop was damaged, I thought the process would be smooth and easy, but it took quite a long while and was unnecessarily complicated. I had to give them all these documents that seem to exceed what is necessary for me. I really had a difficult time waiting for the responses. By the time the issue was resolved, I almost lost hope. I would not, because of my experience, recommend them.

Couldn't Get A Straight Answer
Frustrated with Worth Ave Group after filing a claim over my broken tablet. Seemed all a guessing game and no one would answer me anything about what was happening on my claim. Passed from person to person and got very little information. They finally processed my claim but took longer than I think they should of. Lack of communication really disappointing.

Not as Easy as They Claim
I've heard great reports and seen amazing things in their reviews, so I figured it couldn't hurt to give Worth Ave Group a shot. Well, my experience wasn't exactly the best. With my destroyed phone, I figured getting a claim was going to be as easy as pie. Wrong, all that red tape. Their instructions weren't the most lucid, then I found myself on customer service calling five times to get things ironed out. So then gets approved, but I'm fed up by this time with how hard it is to get everything squared away.

Unresponsive Claims Process
My experience with Worth Ave Group has been disappointing. I insured my phone, and when it was damaged, I filed a claim. The process was slow from the start, and I had to follow up several times to get any kind of response. Every time I called, I was told the claim was still being processed, but no one could give me an actual update. I eventually received my replacement phone, but the entire process took over a month, which was far too long.
