"Shipping and availability status should be much more transparent on Wine Spies. A wine I ordered got canceled when it went 'out of stock,' but that only happened after days of waiting. The return process was very slow, forcing me to wait and remind Wine Spies several times. It gets quite disorganized in this manner, and you really can't trust the site. While the idea is exciting, the delivery is pretty subpar. I hope they improve these problems soon."
