Great Selection

Fantastic Experience!

Love the Variety!
I also like the different wines I get in my mail every month: it is a great combination of both red and white, including some really eclectic wines I would never pull for myself. Great Value for Quality
I have found this club to be a great value considering the quality of wines that I receive. The cost per month is reasonable since many of the wines, in fact, are top-tiered. Great Monthly Treat!
This subscription has been such an excellent way to experiment with new wines. Love every month is like trying to find a new world, taste-wise. There's always timely delivery, and there is most of the time pretty good wine. I am not going to say the few I would not reorder, but as in general, it has fun with great customer services.

Very Disappointed with Service

Unreliable Delivery and Poor Quality
First orders were great, but lately, deliveries started to be late on more than one occasion. Each time, customer service gave very general responses with no real answer to my problem. If this wasn't enough, the wine quality degraded substantially. What had been an exciting selection started turning mediocre, and more than a few bottles, I just couldn't drink. I regret subscribing to their service.

Terrible Experience

If you're thinking of subscribing, let me warn you: wines are average, the real problem is the customer service. I had to make an issue with my order, tried to call them three times, and nobody gave a response. The resolution was not helpful, took an eternity to solve. Disappointing Variety
The wine selection has been hit or miss. Many of the months brought varieties I enjoyed, though at the same time, many other wines were almost undrinkable. I understand that not every bottle is perfect; however, the summation was unsatisfying, at best. The service might have been improved upon. Worst Wine Club Experience
I signed up for the premium membership, but what I got was anything but premium. The wines were dull, and a couple of bottles had cork issues.
