I decided to save some cash by shopping online and ordering a new vape mod and coils White Dog Vapes and not a local shop. Although the price was good, the experience was not so smooth. The mod was anything but advertised, including the USB cable that was not provided, as well as the wrong resistance of the coils. It was not easy with their return policy, it would have cost them to ship the products back more than it would cost to replace them. Tried to fix it through email, but technical support did not help much and did not solve the issue. I can not actually recommend using this site to buy hardware though this may make a good site to purchase e-liquids or disposable vapes. It was like products were dispatched without being gone through a final quality control. It is not the worst site to buy online stuff but when you are making an order that involves any other thing other than juice, then be sure to go through twice and expect to make a run or two in the event that something has gone wrong.

As a company dealing with liquid goods and batteries, I wanted to receive a better treatment. Bought three particular courses of disposable vapes though I got two of the usual sorts and one that would not look anything like it. Compared with my invoice, and I even had ordered the correct thing. I have got in touch with customer support, and they did reply within a day however they offered only store credits- not a full refund or an option to be able to get back the money with the option to refund without paying again by shipping. the mistake could have been innocent, but it is annoying when you are eager to have a different flavor and you get another.
