Terrible Experience Overall
My experience with WeWave has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, I was having difficulty creating my account?verification took too long, and I had to re-upload documents several times before they would accept them. After I eventually got my account up and running, I again experienced more issues with transactions. Payments would go through instantaneously, while others would just get stuck for no apparent reason. Worst of all was when a payment I sent just vanished. It never made it to the recipient, and WeWave support provided me with no definite explanation of where my money was. It took almost two weeks to sort it out, and I had to constantly follow up just to hear back. I don't feel comfortable leaving my money in the hands of a service that has these types of problems. I've changed to another payment app, and I would not suggest WeWave to anyone who requires a trustworthy means of sending money.

Too Many Delays
I began using WeWave because it appeared to be an easy method for transferring funds, but it's been a frustration. The worst problem is the delays?transactions never seem to go through immediately, and sometimes they take a few hours or even days to complete. I had one transaction stuck in "pending" for more than 24 hours with no option for cancelling it. Customer service was too slow to respond, and when they did, they only said wait. That is unacceptable when I need my money to be present immediately. I also see that some features, such as connecting a bank account, do not work consistently. I had to repeat the process several times before my account was actually connected. All in all, WeWave is simply too unstable to be my go-to payment app. If they could resolve their delays and provide a better support system, I may consider going back, but currently, I've switched to another thing.

Security Concerns and Poor Support
WeWave has severe security problems, and I don't feel comfortable using it anymore. I received an email informing me that there was "suspicious activity" on my account, but when I contacted support, they couldn't even tell me what was going on. They basically locked my account without prior notice and left me unable to access my money for more than a week! I needed to send dozens of emails and submit additional verification documents, when I had already been verified prior. It was as if they didn't even know how to process it correctly. In addition, transactions are unpredictable?sometimes payments get through in a matter of minutes, and others take hours or even days. I require a service I can rely on my money to be safe with, and WeWave simply isn't it. If you want security and dependability, I would suggest looking somewhere else for a more professional and stable service.

Difficult to Trust
I desperately wanted to love WeWave, but it's been one issue after another. My biggest complaint is how unreliable it is?sometimes transactions go through okay, but sometimes payments are delayed for no apparent reason. Constant Technical Issues
