Good Flavor, but Long Delivery Time

I am on my few months of taking the Volcanica Coffee. To be honest, it's so tasty. The flavor is deep, smooth, and strong; the problem I had was that it took a little longer to receive than I expected. Otherwise, a good product and I'll continue to buy.

Disappointed with Quality and Shipping

I have heard a lot about Volcanica Coffee, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. The coffee itself was fine, but nothing exceptional. What really frustrated me was the shipping. My order took almost two weeks to arrive, and when it did, the packaging was damaged. I understand that delays can happen, but it was really disappointing in terms of customer service communication. When I called customer service about the issue, the response was slow and uncaring in trying to fix the problem. For the price paid, I expected a lot more value from all aspects of the product. I was really looking forward to trying Volcanica Coffee after reading so many great reviews. Unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience. First, my order took way longer to arrive than I was told it would. Then, when it finally did, one of the bags I had ordered was missing. Several attempts at contact went through, and it took well over a week for someone to get back to me. When they finally reached out, they offered no real solution other than a vague apology. It felt like they did not care one bit about the inconvenience they had caused. The coffee itself was merely average at best, nothing special, and certainly not worth any premium price they charge. It's been a frustrating experience all in all, and I will not be buying again. There are way better options out there that truly do care about their customers.

Not Fresh Coffee

I've been a coffee enthusiast for a number of years, and upon the good reviews, I wanted to try Volcanica. It wasn't anywhere near as fresh as I had expected it to be. These beans didn't have the strong, rich aroma that I am accustomed to from fresh-roasted coffee; instead, they smelled stale and flat. I understand shipping sometimes takes a toll on freshness, but for this price, I would expect better packaging in order to keep the beans fresh during shipping. The customer service was also not helpful at all when I raised my concern. I threw away the majority of the beans due to the taste being poor. Overall, I'm very disappointed and will look to find a more reliable source in the future.

Overhyped and Overpriced

I've heard a lot about Volcanica Coffee but honestly, after trying their beans, it's not worth all the hype. The coffee was mediocre at best?nothing special, and certainly not worth the high price they charge. I expected a rich, full-bodied cup, but the flavor was weak and lacked complexity. The packaging also wasn?t impressive. For a premium brand, I expected more attention to detail. On top of that, their customer service was awful. I had a question about a product, and it took them several days to respond. When they finally did, it was curt and not very helpful. I will never buy from them again. Quality but Delivery Time Issues

I have ordered from Volcanica several times, and their coffee is generally good in terms of quality, though each time, I have some kind of issue with delivery. My last order took a lot more time to reach me than expected-more than a week late. Yes, delays are understandable; however, there was no communication on their side, and it took multiple attempts on my part to follow up on that. By the time it arrived, though, the coffee was well packaged and tasted as good as ever, but the lateness in delivery certainly soured the experience. For a company that prides itself on a premium product, I would expect better logistics and customer service. I won't be reordering if this is going to happen. Good product, but poor service.

Not worth the price

After seeing so many great reviews, I decided to give Volcanica Coffee a try. I was thoroughly disappointed. It was incredibly bland, and the beans didn't have that depth of flavor I've come to expect from such a premium product. I tried brewing it a few different ways, hoping to find the right method, but it always seemed underwhelming. The price, however, did not reflect the quality. Similar-tasting coffee could be found at a fraction of the cost from other brands. When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Coffee Arrived Damaged, No Response from Customer Service

I have drunk a lot of coffee over the years, so I had huge expectations from Volcanica Coffee. One of the bags when my order came was already torn open and spilled everywhere. It is very unfortunate that all efforts to contact customer service fell on deaf ears, which, again, is saddening. Shipping can go awry sometimes, but it really annoyed me because of negligence from their end. The coffee in and of itself was not bad; it was hard to even focus on the flavor since my experience with the company was so frustrating. If one is looking for a company which truly values customer service along with quality, then Volcanica perhaps is not for one.

Lack of Flavor, Poor Service

I have tried several different coffees from Volcanica, and I, quite honestly, don't understand the hype. First impressions-while the beans look fabulous, the coffee simply didn't have the richness, depth of flavor that I set my hopes on. Just somewhat one-note, and could not taste the complexity that is expected from such a high-end product. Service could improve, too. I tried to contact them with several questions about the origins of their beans and got a highly unhelpful, generic reply in return. For the price, I expected much better coffee and a personal touch from the company. Overall, my experience with Volcanica has been underwhelming, and I'm unlikely to buy from them again.

Shocking Disappointment

When I contacted their customer service to discuss my dissatisfaction, I didn?t get a meaningful response, just a generic apology. I honestly can?t understand why this brand is so highly rated. On top of this, the beans weren't roasted uniformly: some were very bitter and others tasted under-roasted. For the price, I expected much better quality control. Also, shipping had problems. It took longer than the website estimated, and I received no updates or tracking information until it was on its way. When I finally got the package, the beans were not sealed properly, which affected the freshness. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were unresponsive, which left me even more frustrated. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Volcanica again.

Volcanica Coffee has set the bar for me now in regard to coffee. Always fresh beans and super rich, balanced flavor profiles. I have tried many blends, such as the Kenyan AA and Ethiopian Sidamo, both of which have been very good. Quality control is superb, ensuring every bag of coffee is to the highest standard. Customer service is friendly and efficient. Shipping is on time. If you love your coffee, then this is a brand you need to be purchasing from. I cannot recommend it enough!

Consistent Excellent Coffee

I have been buying from Volcanica Coffee for over a year, and the quality has always been very good. The selection is great, and all the batches I have gotten were fresh and full of flavor. The Ethiopian Sidamo is one of my favorites: smooth, with a bit of citrus. Also, I like the fact that their beans arrive sealed tight, maintaining freshness. Shipping is fast, and the packaging is such that the beans arrive in perfect condition. Rarely does one find a coffee brand that provides both quality and dependability, but Volcanica pulls it off every time.

Absolutely Outstanding Coffee

Volcanica Coffee has become my go-to brand for premium coffee. I recently tried their Jamaican Blue Mountain blend, and it was literally the best cup of coffee that I have tasted in years. The taste is rich yet smooth and well-balanced, not too bold or even bitter. The beans were obviously freshly roasted, and the aroma was to die for. Perfectly Roasted Beans Every Time

I have tried a great number of different coffee brands, but regarding quality and variety, there is nothing that can compete with this company-Volcanica. Always perfectly roasted beans, full of flavor. My favorites are the Costa Rican Tarrazu and the Panama Geisha, both of which have rich, full-bodied flavors that make each cup a treat. I also love how fresh the beans are when they arrive; they're never stale or under-roasted. It's clear Volcanica takes great pride in their coffee. A Coffee Experience Unlike Others

I have tried so many coffee brands, none of which ever lived up to the perfection that I have experienced with Volcanica Coffee. What separates this company is its commitment to offering a diverse range of premium beans from several of the greatest coffee-growing regions around the globe. I have had a chance to try the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Sumatra Mandheling so far; both were exceptionally flavorful. The beans were very fresh and roasted perfectly. I most appreciate the smoothness of each cup, with no bitterness remaining at the bottom of my cup. This really makes quite a difference compared to other brands I have tried. Worth Every Penny

I'd heard a lot about Volcanica Coffee, so I finally decided to give them a try, and boy, I haven't looked back since. The first thing that actually caught my attention was how fresh their beans were. I had ordered their Costa Rican Tarrazu blend, and it came to my doorstep smelling great. It was a real pleasure brewing it, with a flavor both rich and smooth, slight chocolatey and nutty hints. It is my perfect start to the day. What I like most about the brand is the transparency of the brand; how they source their beans is really in line with my values. Other than the taste, the customer service is great. The few times I had questions, their team got back to me fast and professionally.
