Secure Storage and Unparalleled Peace of Mind
Secure, proper storage is a necessity for any serious wine collector. Vinfolio leads in that area. Their storage facilities are very well maintained with state-of-the-art technology that would meet the requirements for the optimal environment for my wines. Climate control is strong and security is tight, but with an inventory management system that is more detailed than the post office, I have total peace of mind knowing my valuable collection is in their capable hands. Vinfolio's storage services are an invaluable asset.

Mixed Experiences
Experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster, as their selection of wines impresses me greatly, but then again, the inconsistencies are often found. Their order arrived at my doorstep visibly damaged, which took a tremendous amount of work on my end to get this sorted out because the customer service was helpful later on. Another time, a wine I ordered was listed as available but was actually out of stock, and the substitution process was frustrating. The website is generally functional but can be slow and glitchy at times. Overall, when things go right, Vinfolio is great, but the frequency of these issues makes me hesitant to fully recommend them. They need to make sure they fulfill orders on time and the website is always up and running. That is how I can truly trust them. The potential is there, but the execution needs work.

Order Cancellations
They had one wine cancelled from me literally at the last minute with an excuse of "inventory issues," which was a bit frustrating. It was for a special occasion, and after that cancellation, I had to scramble for a replacement. While I know these things can happen, they really wouldn't have been so frustrating if there was more advance notice and better communication. It just makes me much less likely to depend on Vinfolio for an event.
