Decent Product, But Lacking Transparency

I ordered from Venba because they had a rare cologne in stock at a decent price. While the fragrance itself turned out to be fine and genuine, the ordering experience was not smooth. It took over a week to even get a tracking number. I emailed and messaged through their site with no reply. Once shipped, the delivery was fast, but the delay before that and the lack of communication made the experience frustrating. It?s hard to trust a retailer when you don?t hear anything after giving them your money. They need to improve customer service, big time.
