Mislabelled product
Ordered a menthol flavor but received something fruity instead. Double-checked the label, and it was clearly mispackaged. Took four days to hear back and another week to get the correct one. Way too much hassle for something so basic.

Coil burned out too soon
The vape coil included with the kit I bought stopped working after just two days. I wasn?t chain vaping or overdoing it, so that shouldn?t have happened. The e-liquid was okay, but I expected better longevity for the price. Shipping was fine and the rest of the order was intact, but now I have to buy another coil already. Doesn?t feel worth it.

Poor packaging led to issues
Received my order with a cracked tank and slightly opened e-liquid. It looked like the box had taken a beating during shipping, but I feel Vapourmate could've packed things better. Not the best experience
Everything looked good on the site but my actual experience didn?t go that smooth. The delivery came late, one item was missing, and I had to chase them down to get it resent. They did eventually send it, but it shouldn't have taken that much effort. Too much back and forth. Might try a different shop next time.

Wrong flavour, slow support
I ordered a specific mint flavour, but got some fruit mix instead. Honest mistake, maybe?but it took five days for support to respond, and another four for the correct item to be dispatched. I had already used some of the wrong one by then. They didn?t offer a full replacement either, just sent the correct one and kept the first on my bill. Not the best handling of an error.

Perfect for beginner vapers

Flavour was way off
Tried one of their recommended e-liquids and it tasted absolutely off?not at all like the profile listed. It had a chemical aftertaste and left my throat feeling scratchy. I double-checked expiry and it was in date, but something felt off. Tried contacting them about it and got no response at all. Disapointed in both the product and lack of after-sales service.

Product quality needs work
Bought a vape kit and some nic salts. While the delivery was on time, the coil inside the kit was burnt out within two days. I followed all the setup instructions, so this shouldn't have happened. Misleading stock availability

No reply from support
Tried contacting their support team about a faulty battery I received. It wasn?t charging properly and died within hours. Good overall, few minor issues
Vapourmate?s been pretty reliable for most of my orders. Their delivery times are usually fast, and I haven?t run into major problems. Most products arrive well-packed and authentic. However, once I received a mod with a slightly scuffed surface?not enough to return, but it was noticeable. They were responsive when I reported it, offered me a small discount on my next order, which I accepted. Everything else in that order was fine, including the liquids. I appreciate that they at least acknowledged the issue instead of brushing it off. Their site is easy to use and I like the variety, especially for nic salts. It?d be great if they added more payment options, but it?s not a deal-breaker. I?ve placed multiple orders now and don?t plan to switch to any other supplier soon. If they keep improving, I?ll stick with them for the long run.

Good shop with fast delivery
Ordered a bundle of e-liquids and a replacement coil for my Vaporesso kit. The package was shipped out the same day and reached me quicker than I expected. Everything was in perfect condition, and I even got a receipt and tracking details right away. I?ve tried other sites before, but Vapourmate seems more organised and detail-oriented. Only reason I gave four stars is because one of the flavours I wanted was out of stock, but at least they notified me fast and refunded that item without delay. Their customer service was polite and helpful, not some copy-paste response. The flavours I did get were fresh, sealed, and matched the descriptions on the site. You can tell they stock authentic stuff, not cheap knockoffs. Will definitely order again, hopefully with a bigger variety available next time.

Website error caused confusion

Wrong item, slow fix
Received a tank I didn?t order and had to wait four days for a reply. They eventually sorted it, but I had to ship the wrong one back before getting the replacement. That meant more delay and hassle. Very reliable vape supplier

Lack of tracking updates
