Good Quality but Delivery Issues

I reached out to their support department to let them know about the problem, and after sending pictures and information, they said they don't have refunds but do exchanges. Although I'm glad that they finally dispatched a replacement, it took more than two weeks to come and, in the meantime, I didn't have a working device even though I had paid for one. I find it infuriating when businesses fail to back their products with fair refund policies, particularly when customers are given faulty goods. The replacement item functioned, but the whole ordeal made me feel like the company cared less about ensuring that customers are satisfied and more about covering themselves. I don't know if I'll be going back for other purchases because I don't want to risk doing this again.

I called their customer support right away, but it was several days before they even answered me. Later on, I just abandoned trying to get assistance since the back-and-forth was not productive. Difficult Return Process

Next, I was informed that I would have to pay return shipping myself, which did not seem fair since the item was faulty. After sending it back, it took more than two weeks before they processed the return and sent a replacement. During this period, communication was not good, and I had to constantly pursue updates. The replacement vape that I received did work, but by then, I was so fed up with the lengthy process that I no longer had a good opinion of the company. An easier, more customer-friendly return policy would do a lot to repair their image. Currently, I am hesitant to order again.

Replacement Took Too Long
