Smell and Taste-Wonderful

Expensive and Overhyped
I wanted to love Vaneli?s coffee because of all the rave reviews, but I found it to be overpriced for what it is. Inconsistent Quality Across Orders
My first order from Vaneli?s was excellent?the coffee was fresh, aromatic, and brewed a perfect cup. However, the next two orders were disappointing. The beans in my second shipment were over-roasted, resulting in a burnt taste. My third order had an odd, stale flavor that made the coffee almost undrinkable. For the price, I expect consistency, but Vaneli?s hasn?t delivered on that. The packaging also seemed less secure in my later orders, which might explain the lack of freshness. While customer service offered me a replacement for the stale beans, it took weeks to arrive. Overall, I feel like the quality has declined since my first experience, and I?m hesitant to reorder. Customer Service Needs Improvement
While the coffee itself was decent, my experience with Vaneli?s customer service left a lot to be desired. I had an issue with my order being incorrect?one of the blends I ordered was replaced with something I didn?t want. When I reached out to customer service, it took several days to get a response, and even then, they didn?t seem particularly apologetic. It took another week for them to send me the correct item, and by the time it arrived, the excitement of trying a new coffee was completely gone. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected much better service. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says a lot about their values. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order from Vaneli?s again.
