Severe Product Inconsistency
I've bought the Delta 9 gummies two times, and the experience both times was drastically different. The first shipment was a respectable effect, but the second shipment was a totally different product. The strength was much less, and the flavor was wrong. It is alarming that there's so little consistency. I wrote to customer service, and they provided no reason, just a boilerplate apology. This inconsistency is enough to render the product untrustworthy. I don't feel comfortable purchasing anything else from Utoya because I don't know what to expect. This lack of quality control is disconcerting.

Unsatisfactory Shipping and Handling
My product came two weeks past the promised date, and the box was mangled to a degree. The vape cartridges that I purchased were loose rolling around in the box, and one of them was cracked. I'm worried about being safe with a product that's been damaged. Attempting to get a replacement or refund has been a nightmare. Customer service just keeps giving me the runaround and telling me they're on it, and I've had to send three emails with pictures of the damage. The whole process has been extremely frustrating, and I won't be purchasing from them again. The lack of care in shipping and handling is unacceptable.

Misleading Product Claims
The THCA flower I bought was labeled as top-shelf, but it was anything but. The buds were tiny and desiccated, and the smell was lacking. It didn't look anything like the photos on the site. I felt totally deceived. I attempted to contact Utoya to voice my concerns, but they were evasive and said that the product was precisely as described. This flagrant misrepresentation is not acceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking quality hemp products. Ineffective CBD Oil
I bought the full-spectrum CBD oil in anticipation of some reduction in anxiety, but felt nothing. I took the dosage as instructed, but it felt like I was taking nothing. My package came with some leaking vape cartridges. The packages were wet, and the cartridges were half full. It's obvious that they were broken on shipping, but Utoya didn't care.
