Unreliable for Business Transactions
"I run a small business and needed a payment processor that I could trust. Unfortunately, UTCPay has been completely unreliable. I?ve had transactions delayed without explanation, customer support that takes forever to respond, and random security holds on my payments. This isn?t acceptable for a business that relies on timely payments. I?ve lost customers because of UTCPay?s delays, and I can?t afford to take that risk anymore. They need to fix their system and improve their support if they want to be taken seriously. Until then, I strongly advise businesses to look elsewhere. There are better, more reliable options out there."
