Wasted Time and Damaged Goods
The movers came late, which threw my own schedule off. After they began moving my stuff, it became obvious that they weren't being careful with my furniture. Many things were damaged, and when I reached out to their customer support, I got no answers. Having spent a lot on the move, I now have broken stuff and a highly unsatisfying experience. I would never use US Relocation again.

Unreliable and Lacking Transparency
My experience with US Relocation was awful. To start with, the movers arrived late without any prior notification. And when my belongings eventually arrived, some were not there, and no one provided me with any explanation or clarification. The moving team was not professional as well. They were slow, sloppy, and treated my furniture poorly. I felt ripped off and won't recommend their services to anybody.

Stress-Free, On-Time Move

I was expecting great things from US Relocation, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Some of the furniture came damaged. Customer service was unhelpful and did not accept responsibility for the damage. I ended up with broken furniture and no redress. The failure to accept responsibility destroyed what should have been a hassle-free move.

Exceptional Service, Highly Recommend!
I was totally impressed with the way US Relocation coordinated my move. The movers were efficient, quick, and just incredibly gentle with all of my belongings. They showed up on time, wrapped my furniture in blankets, and ensured all of my belongings were properly loaded and unloaded.
