Took Longer Than Promised
I scheduled a delivery through uShip for a sofa I sold online. The buyer was expecting it within five days based on the driver?s timeline. But once the sofa was picked up, communication slowed down and the delivery kept getting pushed. It ended up arriving almost two weeks later. The driver apologized but didn?t explain what the issue was. I was embarrassed in front of the buyer, who was expecting a more professional experience. uShip didn?t offer much support beyond telling me to talk to the transporter. I understand delays can happen, but clearer communication would have made a big difference. When you're using a platform like this, you expect it to offer some kind of recourse or backup. I liked the concept of uShip, but the execution was disappointing. Would think twice before using it for something time-sensitive again.

Zero Support When Things Went Wrong
My experience using uShip was okay?right up until something went wrong. I had a furniture shipment that never got picked up. The driver kept stalling, and then suddenly stopped responding. The risk just isn?t worth it when the platform doesn?t back you up.

My experience with uShip was nothing short of a disaster. I booked a shipment for a large mirror and dresser. I scheduled a shipment through uShip to move a vintage cabinet. The transporter I picked had decent reviews, but the experience was a mess. He missed the original pickup window, didn?t respond to calls or texts for almost two days, and finally showed up with no explanation. He seemed rushed and unorganized. The cabinet arrived with a dent and scratches, and when I brought it up, he shrugged it off. I contacted uShip, expecting some kind of resolution, but they told me the issue was between me and the driver. What?s the point of using a platform if they take no responsibility? The entire experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. I could have found someone random off Craigslist and gotten the same result. I won?t trust this service again, especially with valuable items. uShip really needs to improve its driver standards and customer support.
