Heater Didn't Meet Expectations
I ordered a Hudson Reed radiator after reading positive reviews, but it didn?t live up to expectations. The design was nice, but it didn?t heat the room as expected. It felt like it barely made a difference in my living space, despite following all installation instructions. Customer service didn?t help much either. I expected more for the price.

Horrible Experience with Refund Process
I bought a radiator from Hudson Reed, but when I received it, it was faulty. After trying many times to get my money back, I eventually got a reply. But the process was so complicated and drawn-out that it was almost a month before I got my money back. A totally infuriating experience. I shall not be shopping with them again.
