Shipping Delays and Poor Service

I had high expectations from Naked Wines, but it proved to be very different from what I had expected. First, after having placed my order, it really took very long to get the wines delivered. Delivery was once delayed, twice, and nobody let me know the status. Then, when I wrote to customer service, I got a 'cut-and-paste' response with no resolution in sight. And to top it all, one of the bottles arrived broken. The wine was good, but it was just a big hassle, and it wasn't worth the headache. Because of the lack of communication and the problems with shipping, I will most likely take my business elsewhere. It's a real shame for such a large company to drop the ball on basic customer service and delivery standards. I had expected much more with a wine club touting how easy it would be.

Poor Quality Wines and Customer Service

My Naked Wines experience has been frustrating. Their selection, although good-looking at first glance, was not that impressive because most of the bottles that I tasted were quite disappointing. Some tasted stale or flat; the flavors did not come through consistently. The customer service, upon reaching them to relate my concerns to them, responded slowly. Representatives were courteous yet unhelpful in the resolution of my problem. My concerns had been brushed off, and that just disappointed me. The quality control should be much better for the prices they charge. It is a shame, really, since I wanted to like this service, but the wine quality, along with subpar customer support, made it difficult to continue on. I have since canceled my subscription and will be looking elsewhere for more consistent wine and superior customer care.

Not What I Expected At All

I finally decided to try Naked Wines after all the hype. I am not very pleased with my experience. The selection of wines was fine, but the general quality of the wines that came to me was atrocious. I ordered a mix of red and white wines, and nearly all tasted flat and characterless. Worst of all was the customer service-they were unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. It finally came after more than a week of waiting, and none of my concerns were addressed. I felt ignored. Since then, I have canceled my membership and will not be returning. All the hype about this company is undeserved, and I would not recommend it to anyone who actually cares about quality wine and decent service.

Good Wine, But Terrible Shipping

I was really excited to try Naked Wines; I had heard amazing things, and my experience has been a mix of good wine and terrible shipping. The wines were good, but the shipping process was not great. First, my order was delayed three or four different times without any reasonable explanation, and I had to follow up many times. My wines finally showed up, the packaging was damaged, and one had leaked. The customer service was friendly but ineffective. They gave a minimal discount on my next order, which, given the circumstances, sounded like an insult. I do like the quality of the wine, but I just can't justify continuing with a company that can't deliver on time or support properly when there is an issue. It is a shame because Naked Wines had a lot of potential.

Terrible Experience with No Response

I was really excited to try Naked Wines, so I placed my order, but this experience turned out to be really bad. Firstly, it came really late, and the wines were absolutely not what I was expecting. Reds were flat, and whites were way too sweet. The worst thing was that nobody responded, even after a week of trying to get in touch with their customer service. First of all, unheard of to be ignored, as you actually pay a premium for the wines. The numbers in memory never went through, and after repeatedly trying to contact someone, I finally gave up. I had to get my money back through my credit card company since Naked Wines didn't even take the time to respond. Huge disappointment, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. If they can't be bothered to speak to paying customers, why bother?

Inconsistent Wine Quality and Bad Communication

I was excited to get my first shipment of wine from Naked Wines, but it has been a mixed experience. Some bottles were decent, while others were really not nice to drink, either too sour or flat. The inconsistency in wine quality made the subscription hard to enjoy. Besides, their communication was very poor. I received no tracking for my order, and upon inquiring into it, I didn't get any proper response. Customer service was apologetic, but by then my patience had worn thin. Decent Wine, But Disappointing Packaging

I have ordered a couple of times from Naked Wines, and although the wine in general is OK, the actual packaging has been a big letdown. One bottle arrived broken in my last order, another had a cracked cork, and the actual box was flimsy, too. It's a pity, as the wines in themselves are great; it's just the really poor packaging and lack of attention to the detail in sending them that makes me wary of continuing. On one occasion when I did contact customer service regarding broken bottles, they sent replacements, but it just took too long and I had to follow up multiple times. The delays were frustrating; it was not worth the hassle. I will be reconsidering my subscription after this.

Not Impressed with Customer Service

I was hardly impressed with Naked Wines at all. The wines were fine, nothing special, and not anything worth paying the prices they did. What bothered me most, though, was the total lack of customer service. My order was running behind schedule, and I tried several times to contact their team, but all I received was very vague responses with no real solutions to the problem. What a pity to see a company that was so promising blow it totally in customer service. I canceled my subscription today, after waiting over a week without any resolution. It's a pity, but I really cannot support a company that doesn't put any value on its customers.

I tried Naked Wines on the basis of great reviews and found it to be overhyped and overpriced. The selection of wines was average at their best. Most bottles were unimpressive. Some tasted off; others were just bland. I also had an issue with my order, which was more than a week late, and when I contacted customer support, the response wasn't very timely. They did, but didn't provide any real solution to the problem, so it was a complete waste of time and money. It is frustrating when a company promises high-quality wine and fails to deliver in multiple areas. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. There are better options out there.

Good Wine, But Poor Communication

Naked Wines do some fantastic wines, but the worst thing is-communicatively. The wines arrived in excellent time, though there were some problems with their condition. It was corked, and there was a great leakage in the other one. Customer service, which I had to get in contact with due to that fact, was very slow and told me to wait for its replacement. Eventually, that replacement took well over a fortnight, which wasn't nice. While the wines are generally good, the lack of urgency and poor communication left a bad taste in my mouth. If they can fix this, I?d consider ordering again, but for now, I?m looking for a more reliable service.

I had been so excited about trying Naked Wines, but my experience with the Naked Wines support team was a letdown. My order took a lot more time to get to me than expected, and when I tried to get their support team to help me, all I got were long wait times and vague answers. I got my order, but the wine wasn't quite up to my expectation. Too sweet-the reds were sweet and without depth or dimension, which was what I'd hoped for. Poor communication on top of it, and pretty useless help from their support team, is enough to cause me to opt-out for a membership renewal. Frustration from all sides.

I have never dealt with a company as unresponsive as Naked Wines. I placed an order expecting a smooth process, but instead, I was met with constant delays and poor customer service. Their wines took so much time to arrive. And then the contact with their customer service-that was after trying-responded a week later with less than unsatisfactory feedback and more question marks than solution paths. But not all was completely disastrous. To my great surprise, one of them came damaged while shipping. Then came nothing. I'm unable to reach an assistant regarding this, and therefore, will definitely terminate this subscription. I would say, for better service and quality wines, you should look elsewhere.

Quality Control Issues

I am left with mixed feelings after trying Naked Wines. I would say the wine selection was pretty good, but lots of issues regarding quality control. I ordered a mixed pack, and some of the bottles had corked or off flavors. I know errors sometimes do happen, but it took longer than I needed to get a resolution after calling customer service. They were friendly but less than effective in trying to resolve these issues. This lack of attention to quality control is somewhat off-putting and certainly not very impressive at the price they're charging. I will not continue my subscription based on these concerns.

Lacking in Customer Support

Their wines at Naked Wines are good, but unfortunately, their customer service is close to zero. I had issues with my order: it was late, and the package was damaged. I sought help, and it took them a long time to respond to my queries. After much follow-up, I was sent a replacement bottle, which took more than two weeks to arrive. Naked Wines gives you pretty good options for their wines, though the quality is highly inconsistent. Bottles I received were fine in taste, though others had weird overtones or were far too acidic. Naked Wines sounded promising, but it seems I just overspent my money on wines that are only average. The wines didn't have any of the depth or richness that I expect; many were forgettable, their bottles a little overpriced in line with their quality. I have never been so angry with any service in my entire life. Naked Wines promised great wines and fantastic customer support, but what I got was exactly the opposite. The wines were mediocre at their best, and as for customer service, it was beyond unhelpful. Not Worth the Price

I got a few bottles from Naked Wines, and although they weren't bad, they certainly were not worth the price. Many were flat in taste or lacking in complexity. There are so many better options out there; I won't be returning.

Slow Service and Lack of Communication

The wines were not bad in themselves; the customer service was very slow in response, though. After a number of attempts to get answers about a shipment that was delayed, I gave up. I'm not sure I'll continue with Naked Wines because of the poor communication.

Excellent Quality, Great Value

Naked Wines provides an excellent wine experience without breaking the bank. The wines I have gotten in my shipments have all been great-quality wines, from crisp whites to bold reds.
