Mishandling Financial Hardship Program

I was dealing with financial difficulties and contacted Upgrade to apply for their hardship assistance program. They agreed to enroll me but never actually did. As a result, my missed payments were reported to the credit bureaus, negatively affecting my credit score. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

Exceptional Customer Service and Quick Funding

I've had a very good experience with Upgrade. The whole process, right from application to actual funding, went by very smoothly and quickly. I got approved in minutes, and the funds were deposited into my account the next day. The customer service was really good; they listened to me and explained everything that I needed to know. The interest rate was fair, and the feature that made automatic payments so facile helped me in trying not to fall behind in my loan payments. Unreliable Credit Card

I was so excited to get the Upgrade card, but in short order found out it's not accepted at many places I shop at: gas stations and grocery stores. It is frustrating to have a card that is to help you earn rewards that cannot be used at most places. I regret getting the Upgrade card and wouldn't recommend it to others.
