Too confusing and unhelpful
The material was way too confusing, especially for someone new. I asked for clarification a few times but the responses were super generic. I didn?t feel supported at all. I ended up stopping halfway through. Really disappointed after putting so much hope and money into this program.

Felt like a sales pitch
Every session somehow led back to buying the next upgrade. They talk a lot about opportunity, but don?t give real help unless you pay more. I struggled to even get clear answers about lien steps. Not saying it?s a scam, but it don?t feel honest either. Wouldn?t recommend.

Solid program for first-time investors

They started off strong, but after a couple sessions the energy dropped off. My coach was changed mid-program and the new one didn?t seem as familiar with where I was. There were some helpful materials, but they wasn?t enough structure or examples. I thought we?d be doing more real-world case walkthroughs. Overpriced for what you get
I think the program is decent if you?re a self-learner, but for the price I was expecting more direct help. The videos and slides were okay but kinda outdated in parts. Coach made all the difference
Having a coach who really understood the market was a game changer. She gave tips that weren?t in the course materials and even shared personal experiences. I really felt supported the whole time. The lessons are well organized, and the extra resources like county search tools are useful. I had some minor tech issues logging in at first, but that got fixed quick. Highly recommend if you need someone to guide you through the process.

Great info but a bit fast-paced
The content they give is solid and really helped me understand how tax liens work. My coach was supportive but sometimes we moved a bit too quick for me. I had to rewatch some parts to keep up. Overall though, the system works if you?re willing to put in effort. Could?ve used more visuals during explanations, but I learned more than I expected honestly.
