Not Recommended

My experience with Ulink Remit has been pretty disappointing. It took much longer to process my transfer than what the promised timeline was, and the lack of timely updates didn't help to make things any better. Worst still is that the customer service person is also slow to get back in response. For instance, I had hidden fees to the transaction that I only found out after the transaction was done. It is tough to recommend the Ulink Remit system to anyone based on these problems. The next time I have to transfer my money, I will look for more reliable ones.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Every moment with Ulink Remit's service was disappointing right from the very beginning. I walked in initially thinking they offered competitive fees and quick transfer. I quickly ran into several problems, though. The transaction initiated took much more time to be processed than promised and getting an update on the status of my transaction was a chore. I called customer service to support me; however, they were very unresponsive. It felt like as a customer, my value was not paid any esteem by the company Ulink Remit. I also incurred many hidden charges that were not mentioned to me at the time of opening my account. Such fraudulent experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would really not quickly refer Ulink Remit to other people because of my experience.

I think Ulink Remit is quite slow and unreliable when it comes to money transfers. The last transaction that I had taken much more time than was expected and kept me in anxious apprehension as I doubted that the money will reach my family in time. Confused Process

My experience at Ulink Remit was frustration with what I considered to be a complicated process. I was thoroughly disappointed as I left Ulink Remit due to no support. Even after sending a transfer off, I had a problem with not knowing where my funds were. I am extremely disappointed with Ulink Remit. For a few of their transfers, I found that they had a lot of problems, including long delays that made me worry about my money. Tracking didn't give me the right information so that made it even frustrating. When I tried to call for support, it usually took them such a long time to get back to me, plus their response to my problems was never really satisfying. There were certain fees of theirs that I wasn't aware of, and I only found out once my transfer was already done- that wasn't the most trustworthy feeling. Bad Customer Service

Of all experiences I have had so far with Ulink Remit relating to customer service is the worst. When I tried to do my first transfer and realized that something is amiss, I was looking forward to getting a response immediately. Days passed before getting a response. People I interacted with seemed to be ignorant of my issues and were providing very vague answers. In addition, I was charged for a feature which had not been mentioned while activating my account. This made me feel frustrated and cheated since there was no transparency and support at all.

I thoroughly am not impressed with the experience I had with Ulink Remit. The account verification process with me went on for too long, an exercise which ensured that I was unable to send money. The account setup for me was such a hassle, but once that was finalized, it then took longer than expected when trying to send money into someone's account. Moreover, the customer support service here gave me incomplete information. Additionally, the hidden fees that came out later only made me frustrated and misled. Ineffective Service

Ulink Remit service was not efficient. They took too much time for my transfer, and the customer support they provided was not what I would like.
