While flavors are creative, Spicy & Garlic mix was overpowered by salt and chili, masking beef taste. Additionally, dryness was excessive?very brittle pieces. Packaging sealed well, but product quality felt rushed or improperly cured. Contacting team got an apology email only. Next time may try milder flavor, but skeptical.

Received a pack labeled recently packed, but smell was off. Biltong appeared drier than expected and lacked the juiciness shown in photos. Small pieces made it feel like filler. Tasted stale after a couple days. Since there was no easy return or sample policy, ended up wasting most of it. For premium price, freshness should be priority. Sadly, this experience didn?t match expectations.

Quality control inconsistent
Bought three flavors?Original, Spicy, and Garlic?and noticed inconsistent textures. Original was soft and tender, but Spicy had unexpected gristle bits that made chewing tough. Garlic version tasted slightly stale. Packaging was secure, but freshness issues made me question batch quality. Reach-out to support got a polite reply, but no refund offered. For the price, expected better consistency. Might give another chance later, but cautious now.
