Disappointed Overall
I have ordered Tweedle Farms many times, and this last one was extremely disappointing. First off, it took over a week when the expected wait was between 3-5 days. After getting my package, it wasn't anywhere near as good of quality as the other stuff I got. Dry buds with a very mild scent. Very slow customer support response that didn't help much; their offered partial refund does little for me in the way of inconvenience. Other companies do a much better job at communication, quality, and speedy delivery. Paid this much, and expected to get so much more in return. Sadly, likely to be my last order with them.

Terrible Customer Service
I don't usually write reviews, but I need to share my experience with Tweedle Farms. My order was late, and when it did arrive, it wasn't packaged well. The product looked nothing like the photos online, and there were visible signs of damage. I reached out to customer service, and they didn't get back to me until days later. They finally did, but they were very dismissive and unapologetic. They didn't offer any compensation, only some vague "we will look into it" nonsense. It's just frustrating when a company doesn't match its service to the quality they promote. I won't be ordering again.

Not What I Expected
I ordered from Tweedle Farms because of all the good reviews, but my experience was less than stellar. The product I got was really not good. This flower was highly dry and didn't have that full, rich smell I've come to enjoy. The effects were very weak compared to the similar products from other brands. I have tried several strains from them, and all have been lackluster. Shipping took longer than expected, and when I reached out about my order status, I never received an update. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this brand, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing again.

Not Worth the Hype
After hearing a lot of hype about Tweedle Farms, I decided to place an order, and I regret it. I ordered a few different strains, and upon arrival, they were super dry and crumbly. I have ordered hemp flower from other companies in the past, and by far, this has been the worst quality. The smell was weak, and the taste was very harsh. The worst part is the customer service; an email regarding my experience didn't even warrant a response for several days. When they finally replied, they seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. At this point, I can?t recommend Tweedle Farms to anyone. They just don?t deliver the quality or service they promise.

Horrible Shipping and Unresponsive Customer Service
I am extremely frustrated with Tweedle Farms. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and my package still hasn?t arrived. It said on the website that, within 5-7 business days, I should have gotten it, but that time has long passed. I've emailed their customer service several times, and so far, I have gotten automated replies that didn't address my concerns. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and response is unacceptable. It's a shame because I was looking forward to trying their products, but I don't think I will be ordering again due to how badly this has been handled.

Not Consistent with Quality
I have ordered from Tweedle Farms a few times, and some products were alright, but my most recent experience was highly disappointing. The flower I got this time around was old and dry, and it had a very weak smell. I have received better value from other companies in the same price range. I tried to reach out to their customer service, and they were very slow to respond. Seemed uninterested in helping me. When they finally did, they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase, which I thought was insulting, considering the low quality of the product. It's annoying to deal with a company that is hit-or-miss, and I am not sure I will give it another try.

Product Was Nothing Like the Photos
After reading such great reviews online about Tweedle Farms, I really had high hopes for them, but when my order arrived, I was really disappointed. The flower looked nothing like it did in the photos on their website: it was dry, lacked the vibrant color shown in the images, and was way more harsh to smoke than I expected. I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue, and I got no meaningful response to my inquiry for a refund or exchange. That is the frustrating thing when spending money on a product that does not even look like the product shown in advertisements, which gets even more frustrating if a company doesn't stand behind its product.

Overall Unsatisfactory Experience
I have just tried Tweedle Farms on a friend's recommendation, and honestly, I am unimpressed. The product I received was pretty lame - it was not fresh, and effects were minimal at best. I also had a bad experience with the shipping process. It took some time for it to arrive, and even my tracking number never would seem to update. I e-mailed customer service, to which they took some time responding to, and when they finally did, the answer was just not helpful. I don't think I'll be ordering from them anymore, either. There are plenty of other companies offering better service and quality.

Not Worth the Price
I tried Tweedle Farms after seeing a lot of good reviews, but I was not impressed. The quality of the hemp flower wasn't anything special; it was just mediocre. It wasn't as fresh as it looked from the pictures, and it wasn't as potent either. And the price was a little bit high according to the quality. I contacted customer support to express my dissatisfaction, and they were slow to respond. When they did, I felt like they weren?t taking my complaint seriously. Overall, I don?t think I?ll be ordering again, especially with so many other options available at better prices and quality.

Extremely Disappointed
I had high hopes for Tweedle Farms, but unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. This product was supposed to be some sort of premium hemp flower. I got dry, old-not anything even close to what is depicted in the advertisement, I have to say. No response at all upon claiming about such an issue with Customer Support. I didn't get a response for several days, and when they finally did respond, all they offered was a minimal discount, which certainly did not make up for the poor quality of the product. I will never order from Tweedle Farms again.

Unreliable and Overpriced
I have recently ordered from Tweedle Farms, and it was a complete disappointment from the very start. The flower wasn't fresh, and the effects were minimal. The shipping was also delayed and took much longer than expected. I reached out to customer service, but they were slow to respond and didn't offer any real solutions. The price warranted a much better product in my opinion. Never Again

Quality Could Be Better
This wasn't exactly what I got from the Tweedle Farms for CBD flowers, actually pretty dried out upon arrival and lacked a bold, pungent aroma one can usually come to be pleased with in such items. The shipment was fast but wasn't the product that you show on your website, from what I expected. Maybe trying others next time. Great, thanks.
