Unprofessional experience
The box had handwritten labels and looked like it was re-shipped multiple times. Inside, some parts were loose and damaged. The overall experience felt cheap and unprofessional. I expected better from a company selling expensive equipment.
Shipping took forever
I placed my order and waited almost a month before it arrived. There was no clear communication from Trimleaf about the delay. Tracking stopped updating halfway. I tried contacting support but got no reply for days. When the package finally came, it was damaged and missing parts. Very disappointed and wouldn?t order again.
They followed up
After my purchase, I got a follow-up email checking in. That doesn?t happen a lot these days. It made me feel like they actually care if it works out. Great touch.
Pretty happy with results
My freeze dryer from Trimleaf is running strong. I?ve used it for a couple weeks now and it?s handled everything I?ve thrown at it. Site was easy to order from and tracking was accurate.
Too much waiting
Everything took too long?from the order confirmation to shipping to delivery. The light bar I got eventually works fine, but I waited 18 days for something listed as in stock. At that point I could?ve gone with another store. Can?t say I?ll be back unless nothing else is available.
