Needs Improvement in Customer Support
I wished to adore Tremendous, but my experience fell a little short. The platform itself is rather intuitive and the reward options abound. The problem that arose, however, occurred when trying to redeem a gift card. I had an inactive code, so into the phone with customer support hoping for efficient resolution. Well, it took me days to get a response, and on receiving this one, the support team seemed unsure of how to solve the problem. This held up the distribution of my rewards and was problematic for me in more ways than one. For a service so purportedly into seamless reward generation, it was rather frustrating to have such a glitch. Hopefully, Tremendous can invest more in training its customer support team to deal effectively and in time with potential problems. If customer service is improved, then maybe I will give it another chance but for now, I do not wish to.

I would go back to the old system if it means avoiding this hassle. I can?t recommend Tremendous until they resolve these issues and improve customer support.

Slow Support Response
I like the concept of Tremendous but the support team has a lot of space to improve. I asked a very simple question that was replied to after many days, which derailed my project. The system is user-friendly but they should get a more prompt support team.

Needs Better Instructions
The redemption instructions were not well laid down. It caused confusion to some of the recipients in my rewards. The system works pretty fine, though. Better guidelines during the setup process will make it smoother for you. Hopefully they update that user guide.

Unreliable Redemption Codes
I opted to forward the presents to my customers through Tremendous, but some of the codes failed to work. This made it shameful and frustrating when dealing with this issue. This was very painful since there was a lack of quick responses from the customer support team. At least, I had expected a painless process.

Easy to Use for Rewarding
In rewarding staff members, Tremendous offers an easy solution. This is very different in its incentives, so the team can decide what is best for them. Setting up the account itself and rewarding their campaigns was effortless, and the interface is fairly intuitive. A couple of employees were pretty lost at first with redemptions-but it has all been a great experience so far. Their customer service responded very quickly when needed, and that's something I appreciate about any platform. It is not perfect, but Tremendous offers amazing value and saves time significantly, especially when it comes to large incentive distributions. I would recommend it to any business seeking to manage an efficient reward scheme.
