Dried out too fast

Not beginner-friendly
There?s barely any help on the site for people new to CBD. No dosage guidance, no clear breakdowns on strains. Felt overwhelmed trying to pick something. When the order came, there were no instructions or paperwork either. It?s a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel like it wasn?t built with the user in mind.

Unreliable shipping partner
They use USPS and it?s hit or miss. My order got delayed for no reason and when I asked if they could reroute or help, they just said to contact USPS directly. That?s not good enough. If you partner with a carrier, you should take some responsibility. Otherwise, customers just feel abandoned.

Overhyped
The branding and site made it seem like a premium experience, but the actual product felt low-end. Basic packaging, dry buds, and a harsh burn when smoked. Didn?t even get a satisfying aroma. Don?t be fooled by the marketing. There are better places to shop for CBD flower that don?t try to oversell average goods.

Good product, room for minor improvement
Overall, my experience has been solid. The buds arrived fresh and sticky, and the effect was exactly as described?relaxing without knocking me out. Customer support was responsive, and I appreciated the batch-specific test results. My only issue was the outer packaging?one corner had been slightly crushed during shipping, but thankfully the contents were fine. Just a little thing, but worth mentioning. Otherwise, the strain quality, aroma, and curing were all on point. It?s not easy finding vendors who offer this level of quality with transparency. Definitely in my top three for hemp flower right now.

Customer service is lacking
Had to cancel an order due to a move, and even though I contacted them well in advance, they still shipped it. Tried emailing and they said it couldn?t be reversed. No apology, no partial refund, nothing. That just feels lazy. A little understanding goes a long way in customer service, and I didn?t get any.

Better than expected
Not my first time trying CBD flower, but this was my first order from Treasure Valley Farm. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful?from the clean, well-sealed pouch to the personal customer support I received after reaching out with a shipping question. The strain (Lifter) was fragrant and gave me a focused calm without making me groggy. It burned clean in a joint and didn?t have that weird aftertaste some other brands leave. Honestly didn?t expect this level of quality for the price. You can tell they put time into their product. Will be back for more soon.

Didn?t meet expectations
Based on all the positive reviews, I thought this would be a game changer. Instead, the flower was dry and bland. The effects were barely noticeable and the overall vibe didn?t match the premium feel the site tries to promote. Might work for some, but this just wasn?t what I was hoping for.

Okay flower, poor shipping
The product was average?not amazing, but acceptable. However, the shipping process made everything feel sketchy. No real updates, no confirmation email, and the box arrived with no branding or paperwork. Just didn?t feel professional or secure. If you?re going to charge premium pricing, at least get the logistics part right.

Lack of transparency

Great customer care and smooth product
Was honestly impressed with how Treasure Valley handled my order. There was a small hiccup with the address, and they reached out before shipping to confirm?super rare to see that level of care these days. The flower I received (Hawaiian Haze) was flavorful and smooth with no harshness, and the effects were mellow and balanced. Burned evenly too. Consistently excellent flower
After three separate orders from Treasure Valley Farm, I can confidently say they know what they?re doing. The flower is always well-cured and arrives fresh, with vibrant color and strong aroma. Mislabeled strain?
Ordered what was labeled as Elektra but it smelled and felt nothing like it. Had tried this strain from another supplier before and it was way different. No relaxing effect, taste was off, and honestly felt duped. Tried asking for clarification or a return and was told it was ?tested and verified.? Still doesn?t explain the huge difference.

Decent site, but underwhelming flower
The website is easy to navigate and shipping was decent, but the flower didn?t live up to the reviews. Looked okay in the pouch, but once ground, it smelled grassy and left a scratchy feeling in the throat. Not the experience I hoped for. Too many better options out there with similar pricing.

Very satisfied with Treasure Valley

Weak product quality
The CBD content on the label seemed high, but the product didn?t do anything for me. Used it for a few evenings and felt zero effect. Even the smell was faint and off-putting. Maybe I got a bad batch, but that shouldn?t happen if you?re selling high-quality stuff. Wouldn?t buy again unless I saw proof of improvement.

Impressive first order

Did not recieve my order
Still no delivery after nearly 3 weeks. Checked with USPS and they have no update beyond "label created." Sent multiple emails?got no real response. The money's gone, the flower never came, and now I'm just stuck waiting for something that probably won't arrive. Regret trusting the site. Might just contact my bank for a chargeback at this point.

Communication could be better
My shipment had a problem and I tried reaching out via both email and contact form. Took several days to hear back and the answer was vague. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a tracking link that worked. It?s 2025?you shouldn?t have to chase down basic info like this when you?ve already paid.

Smooth and calming experience

Buds look great, but that?s it
Got excited seeing the well-trimmed flower when I opened the package. But the effects were super mild?almost like it was stale. I don?t mind a subtle product, but this felt like puffing nothing. Flavor faded fast too. You can?t just make it look nice and forget the functional part. Pretty underwhelmed considering the high praise they get online.

Website glitches, bad UX
Tried checking out three times before the site finally worked. Pages kept timing out, and the payment gateway was buggy. Finally placed my order, and then didn?t get a confirmation for almost 24 hours. Add that to the fact that the delivery was late, and it just became one of the worst online buying experiences I?ve had this year.

Not worth the wait

Inconsistent quality
My first order was decent, so I tried again. Second time, the flower looked rushed?loose trim, slight discoloration, and a faint mildew smell. Hard to ignore. Reached out and got a vague response saying ?each batch is different.? Understand variability, but that doesn?t mean quality should be all over the place. This lack of consistency makes it hard to trust.

Order never showed up
Waited two weeks and still no sign of my package. The tracking stopped updating halfway through and customer service wasn?t helpful. They kept saying to ?wait a few more days.? Packaging issues and dry flower

Misleading description

Poor tracking and support
Placed an order thinking I?d get a quality product and smooth process, but it took way longer than advertised. The tracking didn?t update for days and the support team gave me generic replies with no real help. I asked about the delay multiple times and just got copied answers.
