Terms Not Clear and Interest Rates Too High
I visited Tower Loan mainly because I needed immediate financial aid, but the outcome was dissatisfying. The loan process was smooth, but it would have been nice to have terms spelled out clearly. Paying through the nose with over-the-top interest rates really hurt my wallet with this repayment process. The customer support was responsive and wasn't providing flexibility or options for me to adjust the repayment terms as per my convenience. I got pushed into signing the agreement, and if I could do it all over again, I'd definitely take more time to know the fine print. Nothin' great about this experience.

Disappointment with Repayment
The Company started on such a good note but that's when the trouble begins regarding repayment. I missed just one payment, and this happened through some unforeseen circumstances. I contacted their customer service department the very moment I could discuss my possibilities with them. They proved useless and unsympathetic given it was my first missed payment and my history so far had been of never missing a payment. Besides, the late fees were added up pretty fast. It didn't take long before getting back on track seemed almost impossible as ever. The rigid policies and lack of customer support made it a highly frustrating experience than it had to be. I would not recommend them.

A Lifesaver in Tough Times
