Not as good as I remember
I?ve been using Totally Wicked e-liquids for a while, but my latest order wasn?t up to the usual standard. The vape wasn?t smooth, and the flavor wasn?t as satisfying. Delivery was fast, but the product quality wasn?t on point this time. I?m not sure if I?ll be ordering again unless they address this inconsistency.

Good products but slow delivery

Decent but some improvement needed
The products are fine and taste as expected, but I did have a few issues with the packaging. One of the bottles leaked a little. Customer service responded quite fast, and they resolved the issue. Okay experience, not great value
Liquids were good quality, but a little too pricey in my opinion when comparing them to other stores. I do like the flavor varieties, and the service wasn't bad, but just normal. I can't complain much, but that also means it didn't really blow me away. If their prices were a bit more competitive, I'd buy much more regularly.

Decent, but not perfect
Totally Wicked does pretty well with their range of e-liquids. But the flavors that I have tried weren't just like what I had expected, as some tasted a bit more artificial than what I prefer. Delivery was on time, and I have had no issues with the packaging either. Overall, an OK experience, but doubtful to purchase these flavors again.

Disappointing experience
I was really looking forward to trying Totally Wicked?s products after hearing a lot of positive reviews, but I?ve had a few issues with them. The first time I ordered, my shipment was delayed by several days, which was frustrating. When the package finally arrived, one of the bottles had leaked, and I had to contact customer service. They did respond fairly quickly, but the issue was never fully resolved. I?ve given this company several chances, but the problems keep recurring. The shipping delays are something I can?t ignore, and I?ve been left a bit disappointed overall. Wouldn?t recommend.

Poor quality and service
I have been a customer of Totally Wicked for a while, but the recent experience has really opened my eyes. First, the shipping took over a week, much longer than expected. Very dissatisfied
I have only had problems with Totally Wicked. My first order was missing a product, and the second order was damaged during shipping. When I tried to reach out to the customer service team, it took days to get a response, and even then, it wasn't helpful. Disappointed with the flavor

Delivery took longer than expected

One of the flavors had an extremely artificial taste, and the throat hit wasn't satisfying at all, like it usually is. It is a shame, really, since I have been a good customer for months now. I will give them another chance, but hopefully it was just a one-off.

Product didn?t match description
I was promised a flavor described as "rich and smooth," which just wasn't like what I envisioned. It tasted quite harsh and not full-bodied at all, as on the website it had been mentioned. The delivery came timely, packaging was good, but as for the product itself-well, disappointing. I think that next time, probably I will try another taste in hopes of the best.
