The cookies were generally tasty. However, some looked quite different in texture. There were those that were quite chewy and others that I assumed were going to be okay but were too crumbly. Flavors were pretty good, but the more pronounced flavors in the different varieties would be welcomed. Packaging was fine, but it could be even stronger to reduce the possibility of breakage in shipping. Although the online ordering process was seamless, clearer information about shipping times would be appreciated. It was a good product overall, but these details will make the difference. I'll give them another shot if they work on this.

Good Base, Needs Tweaking

The cookie had a great base, but some things can be improved on. The double chocolate cookie chocolate chips were pretty small; more chunky bits would really improve the flavor. The oatmeal raisin was a bit crumbly dry, so more moisture in the dough might get that right for it. Not as memorable-tasting as I wanted it to be, either, but again, acceptable in the taste arena. The web site is rather easy to access; however, I would enjoy seeing more really great pictures of the cookies-possibly a slightly higher attention level toward the more subtle details.
