Cashback Disappears

I also bought something big one time and had cashback tracking when using TopCashback. After a few months, it was just nowhere to be found anymore on my account. Additionally, the customer service was useless, and I never did get my cashback. It hurts whenever you spent quite some time using this site and see all of its failures during peak times.

Frustrating Delays

I've been with TopCashback for about a year now, and though the idea is pretty cool, it just doesn't bring much on execution. Cashback payout takes an incredibly long time. Once, I had a transaction that was pending to be tracked; even months after it didn't show up yet. Trying to contact their customer service proved to no avail because their replies were so general that do not serve anyone at all. When cashback finally arrives, it's rather late. This raises a red flag for me as to whether the platform will be sound enough for larger purchases since I do not want to wait months before receiving a payout.

Bad Experience with Customer Service

Cashback rates with TopCashback were only alright, but the experience with customer service has been frustratingly disappointing. I have had one cashback transaction fail to track, so submitted a missing cashback claim. The process took months to clear, and I was nagged to attach proof of purchase, which I had attached initially. Communication is very slow and unsupportive. So, because they could not settle the issue, I lost my cashback; that went bad with me. Chasing this to get resolved was not worth putting in the time and effort for a few dollars.

Cashback Disappeared

I had a lot of hope for TopCashback, but my experience with them has been pretty poor. It also had a cashback notable for a significant purchase, which mysteriously just disappeared from my account after months of waiting with no explanation. I kept sending the requests to customer support multiple times as they provided truly vague answers that didn't even promise a concrete solution to the problem. They asked for receipts and proof of the transaction but never cashed any of them back.

TopCashback has nice cash back, but the time for the cashback to get actually credited is too long. The account would see pending transactions that went on for months, so it was pretty irritating, to say the least. Tracking Issues
